The Motorola support is slow and clumsy, but it works . In the 12 day interim you are without a network. But the warranty snd Best Buy will replace on the spot

I returned it after I realized it was just a modem and did not have wifi Instead I purchased a router and modem in one so I wouldn’t have to purchase a separate router for just the modem

A nightmare if you attend meetings from home. I bought the S33 and verified it stayed up. I might have gotten a lemon, but I did not have the time to deal with the manufacturer, so returned it to the store.
