36 Day Life Span

I had to get a replacement from Motorola. I hope the replacement unit will last longer...

Xfinity services cuts out, xfinity reports zero outages, lose internet randomly. No available firmware update. Device power cycles on its own.

Went they trouble of setting up and determined it was wrong. Not the products fault. It was bad situation with salesperson and rehab work at Beat Buy that prevented us from going in and shopping for ourselves. Disappointed in sales staff. I thought he knew what he was talking about. Ow I need to return item. I had to rent one from Xfinity.

Not the right fit for my situation

When I checked other reviews, people had similar issue and one of the remedies was to search for splitters within the cable line. I needed to be up and running for work so went with another router that has not had any of the same issues. I think this may be an issue depending on your cable.

Horrible modem

I purchased this Motorola modem and had numerous problems. The modem would reset itself 3-5 times daily and would cut off my internet access for up to 10 minutes each time. I returned this modem and bought the ARRIS modem

I threw away the box before I discovered that. So I have to deal with motorola support. It's been a month now of them sending me emails telling me I need to respond. I've responded by phone and email each time they asked. They are just stringing me out. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Horrible Product

If you upgrade it it will download an incorrect boot file in yhe modem causing it to constantly reboot. Also the tech support is non existant. They dont answer, leave you on hold for about a hour and leave you with a defective product.

bad GE freezer

Lid has an arch in it .still no freezer ,about 1 1/2 months

Stuck at ranging in progress

At first it stuck at ranging in progress for nights… Then finally online, it keeps dropping connections with my router. Returned and changed to a netgear modem setup in 5 mins works great.

I would see the modem lights go dark and then light up as if the modem was restarted. Very frustrating for an almost such an expensive modem. I'm returning within the return period.

Too Much Money; WAY Too Short of Life

Bought on 4/4/2022 - the Ethernet port went dead 7/18/2022. Yes, still under warranty but can't wait for a replacement so had to buy another modem, NOT Motorola.
