Have always purchased a dual modem/router to set up my network and Wi-Fi. Purchasing the modem and router separately has increased my internet speeds significantly so happy with this decision.

Fantastic modem. Runs cool and no hiccups. Full speed internet now. My gaming latency ping times have dropped dramatically.

This product really works well verses a similar product by Netgear which failed horribly.

I had a Motorola modem router AX6000. I died after 8 months. When I contacted motorola they sent out a "new" one which was dead on arrival. All my further contacts to the company were ignored and I sent many. Stay away from Motorola modems as the company has no customer service

Motorola has no Customer Service! This modem died after 1 year on a 2 year warranty and I've been trying to contact Motorola ever since email contact in regards to this issue ceased 3 weeks ago but have been getting no response except for the automated voice telling me that" no support people are available at this time, please call back later"! Stay away from Motorola products!

Garbage firmware made this thing disconnect multiple times daily, and produce tons of errors. That's not necessarily Motorola's fault since the ISP pushes out firmware, but I would not advise anyone to buy this until the firmware issues are resolved. I spent time on and off for a week trying to get this thing working, and nothing would make my problems go away until I replaced it with an Arris S33.

Sales person had no idea what was good or not. Trying to tell me that something that cost more was better and this one will not work for me. I hate people who dont know what they are selling.

Unfortunately I purchased thd Motorola MB8611 at the advice from my Xfinity internet provider as a signal “improvement “. I am now on my second replacement and the signal from this modem to my EERO WiFi router continues to drop at least once a day! I regret my purchase.

Wow this modem is completely trash, it completely drops out close to 9-12 times a day (connection LEDs completely power cycle). I can't even access the modem locally. dBmV and SNR are looking normal to my ISP so its completely on this modem. Also I came from a SURFboard docsis 3.0 modem with 0 problems, I was just looking for more speed. DONT get this modem, its bad.

Was working fine. Then not at all. Woke up one morning and it was completely dead. I was able to get a replacement. Back to working fine
