Great phone! Has everything I needed and more. No unwanted apps installed from the factory! Very fast with a good display. Fingerprint scanner works great! An excellent option if you just want to purchase a good phone without spending more than $300.

Not a big iPhone fan so I was looking for something with Google Play store, the Galaxy is a bit pricey for me so this was a great alternative and Motorola phones are great remember the old flip phones?

Don't be fooled by the price. This budget phone packs impressive hardware into a nicely sized phone. It's very fast and would make a fantastic backup or primary phone. Don't hesitate, for the price, no other phone comes close in specs. Highly recommended.

I sold my broken iPhone 6 and bought this phone. I've loved it so far. I highly recommend getting the 4gb version tho. I don't do any heavy loads and my average ram usage is around 1.9 gb. So you might notice some bottlenecking I'd you only get the 2 gb

I needed to replace my old cracked-screened phone. I needed something not too expensive but fairly decent. Also needed to have pretty good cameras, since I take a lot of pictures for my work. Reviews were good for this phone, and I haven't been disappointed.

The battery life has been excellent for me I've played game talked and texted and still had battery power...the phone has lots of nice features, I bought 2 and they both have not had any problems, I have left the Galaxy and I'm not missing anything yet

I bought the Moto G Plus (5th Gen) 4G LTE with 64GB Memory Cell Phone (Unlocked) for my 10 year old son who lives in Argentina. I needed a phone to be as simple as this for a beginner. And the price is correlative . I am very happy overall.

One of the best budget phones. Pretty zippy and can do multitasking. Camera is quite good too. You get all the features and the build quality is great; looks sleek and works fantastic. Go for it; you'll not be dissatisfied.

This is the best budget phone you can buy, full stop. Battery is fantastic, it's really optimized and is nearly stock Android. Wifi calling and VoLTE on T-Mobile works out of the box. I can't really see why anyone would drop $900 on a phone these days aside from the ooh-ahh factor. The G5+ is extremely capable for 99% of people. Camera sensor is the same Sony that's in the S7 but the Moto software is at fault for below average images.

I think it makes sense to go for the newer model but this phone is great

The phone has very good reception--much better than my older Samsung. The processor is very fast--all actions completed pronto! Battery life is exceptional--runs for days without charging. Screen is bright and clear--no problems reading anything.

Phone has everything all the other phones do for a fraction of the cost.

For the price, this was a pretty darn good phone! It takes pretty good pictures and has plenty of room. Just over a month in and I am having some issues with the Google search function, but I'm not sure if I did something or if it was the phone. But overall, I am very happy!

I am a Motorola fan due to the fact they ship a vanilla Android OS phone. And Moto G series is an affordable range and the new Moto G5 plus seemed to be a good choice that fits my budget. The phone has great battery backup, good screen, decent camera, decent touch response. I like the fact that it comes with the fingerprint sensor, and there is an option that you can set which makes the finger print sensor perform additional actions - swipe left, swipe right, short hold, long hold for back, recent apps, lock/unlock , google now respectively. I like this the best as it helps me fully utilize the screen as additional onscreen buttons are not needed for functions.

So far I love this phone. I got it when my Nexus 6 quit working. The battery life is great. I have had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend for those looking for an unlocked phone.
