Purchased the phone for my wife as her old phone had given up the ghost. This is a fairly nice phone. The action was smooth, processors and memory were sufficient for her needs. Easy to upgrade memory. It served her well until she just needed a better phone. It was a little old when I bought it, so if you're trying to keep up with the builds, this is not your phone. If you just want a decent phone with 4G and LTE capability, this is a solid performer. Most people want more, so maybe you should look to newer devices.

This phone is worth every penny. Does everything you would expect from a cell phone but at a very reasonable price. Buy it now!

The g5 has an abundance of features that you would not expect in a phone under $300.00 . While not as good as the Droid I would highly recommend.

At age 78 this is my first smartphone. So I checked out many phones on the internet and this one was the right one for me. BestBuy was the only store in town that had the Moto G5 Plus and It has opened a whole new world to me. I got a prepaid plan with 2 GB and now I can call all my kids and grandkids anytime. I downloaded the manual on the G5 to my tablet and am learning more every day. Great little phone.

Quick, responsive and easy to use. I'm happy I bought 3 three of these for Christmas gifts, 1 for me and 2 for family members.

its a good phone. fingerprint scanner is fast and accurate, screen is responsive, etc. there are a few minor settings that dont work terribly well: the adaptive brightness keeps turning off, battery saver randomly turns on when phone is 80-90% charged. and there are a few things about the moto software that i am not keen about, and disappointed that i will need to go to the trouble of rooting it to change. otherwise, very happy with purchase.

Excellent budget phone. Simple near-stock android interface. No bloat! Great battery life. The capacitive home button is annoying, though. Even with lower-end specs, it doesn't feel like a budget phone. But, it should be ~$50 cheaper. The only big issue with all moto devices, they make way, way, WAY too many SKUs (different versions of the same phone and multiple different product lines), so some QA/QC issues do show up. Still, better than the bloated and buggy galaxy S line.

This is a great phone so far. Charges fast, battery lasts all day. Fingerprint sensor is great. Only downside is the camera isn't all that great.

This phone is overall phantastic. There is not one negative thing to say. The camera takes amazing pictures, I love it!

I love my moto g5 plus. At a fraction of the cost, it's able to do just as much as the $600+ flagship phones.

I only charge it once a day and battery last all day long. The only con is that the speaker sucks and camera isn't good resolution.

was an upgrade from a dying note 4. a little tough to get data transfered. nice size & feel. performs faster than the note.

Can not be compared with elite Samsung products. But very good one for the price.

Best budget phone currently. Fast processor and long lasting battery. Have had Motorola's in the past. Workhorse.......
