Got this to replace my mom's old $20-plan-upgrade smartphone. So her expectations of a phone were low. Everything about it feels better than I expected for the price. I like high end phones personally, but phones this good and this inexpensive give me second thoughts. I hope Moto follows through on Android Oreo for it like they promised, but 7.1 is still pretty good even if they don't.

had problem with sound jack nor working right.. at first it worked and in two days didn't. RRU

I bought these to replace my kids aging M8 phones and these phones are way better! They love the fingerprint sensor and now no longer worry about their siblings finding out their pin or pattern password. The screen is super sharp, the phone is fast, my only gripe would be I wish the speaker was louder.

I went from a Galaxy 6s Edge to this, and couldn't have been happier. Once you find the apps you like, it does everything almost as well. (It's bare-bones - almost nothing is included, but that also means no bloatware.) The only thing I miss was the dramatically superior camera in the Galaxy 6s, but the cameras on the later Galaxy versions weren't nearly as good as that one, anyway. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat.

Simple to use. Has 4 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of internal storage.

I got it back on October 16, 2017. It has been almost 2 years. I think I need to start looking for a new phone though. This phone has served me well all this time. But lately it has been very slow, overheats, shuts itself off, and twice took a REALLY long time to turn back on (so long I thought my phone was a goner!). I would continue getting phones from the Motorola Moto line.

Very pleased with the purchase. The phone is perfect for most of the people on my cell plan, and it will work with any carrier. It feels nice to know we can switch at any time and not have to get new phones. For a $200 phone, performance is great. The software is mostly stock Android. It's quick, light, and gets the job done. The bootloader is unlockable for those who wish to tinker.

We bought 2 of these phones to replace 3 and 4 year old HTC phones. We wanted unlocked phones so we would not be tied to any service provider. We also didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for the phones. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The price was reasonable and My wife keeps saying “this phone is so much faster!” We also love the fingerprint unlock.

I got this phone for my boyfriend after he shattered his Samsung S7. He actually prefers this phone because of its lack of bloatware, faster and more accurate fingerprint sensor, and the quality of build. I'm amazed I could find a budget phone like this so high quality. I highly recommend it to Android users who want a clean and very customizable experience.
