I purchased this phone to replace a Samsung S4 that was having issues. This phone has worked so well. It is a great size and has great features. I did have to order a case and screen protector online as they didn't have them available in store.

This phone seems to be very well built and comes with android nougat. It offers more than enough features and power for daily web browsing, gaming, and texting/messaging/calling/etc.

I switched from an iPhone 6. The only thing I miss is the ability to do apple pay when I'm out. It's a tad wider than I prefer because I have small hands, but it's still a great phone. The fingerprint function works even better than my iPhone did. I have no regrets.

I expected this phone to be a placeholder until I buy a premium device. To my surprise I am probably going to stick with this phone until the battery degrades. Phones in this price range are going to have to be acknowledged moving forward.

I have tried Moto G4, and it was my first option, but when I looked for that, the G5 was on sale, so I checked the specs and differences, and I decided to buy it at an excellent price! It is equipped with the latest Android version.

This is a great phone and it has no bloat ware. I like the 64G of RAM. My only complaint is not with the phone but with Android since the Google search bar is forced on the home screen. I am using Nova Launcher to get rid of it.

I use this phone for my school work and for games when my work is done. The screen size is good enough to do a multiple choice quiz and for writing a review. The clarity is great and the camera has a high resolution. I would recommend d this phone.

the phone is not bad either. Bought 2 of these phones, one has very loud sound (ringer, speaker), the other not so much. Overall they are really nice. Lots of space to download whatever or take lots of pictures.

This phone exceeded my expectations, with similar specs as the more expensive flagship phones. It keeps up with anything I've tried to do. Most importantly, it doesn't include the carrier bloat that many other phones include.

This is the first smartphone we have bought our youngest son who recently became a teenager. After proving he was able to keep up with a slide phone for several years he graduated to this. He seems to like it very very much. It’s user-friendly.

Good phone for the money. Don't expect this to operate like a flagship phone from the big brands, but this is a good phone to connect to the Sprint $25 or free for 1 year plan.

Motorola - Moto G Plus (5th Gen) is very good mobile. Earlier I used 2ed generation mobile. After 2 years 4 months still working very well. It is a budget mobile. Less than $300. Worth it.

I just wanted a phone that is easy to use and enough storage for my APPS. I am not tech savvy. I keep my phone until it no longer can be updated or run out of storage. So I am hoping this phone lasts me for years. only time will tell

Purchased this for my little sister. It is a mid level phone with some good specs. If you do not need the latest processor and best camera (although it's a solid 7 out of 10) grab this phone

So far this phone has met all my expectations. It is quite responsive and I don't notice any lag, though I have many apps installed. The camera is a huge improvement over my first generation Moto g LTE.

Pros expandable storage, 4 gigs of ram, mid range processor, budget price, headphone jack. Cons are mainly the below average camera, average screen, micro usb connection, lack of wireless charging and nfc.

As an emergency phone, it's OK...but, the camera sucks, so don't expect to take great pics or videos with this phone. Otherwise, the phone feels good and fast for it's price.

Great phone- I have 3 Motos, will likely buy another, and yes I have had other phones Samsung, iPhone etc... the value for the Motorola is hard to beat

I will never buy another Samsung or iPhone. I don't miss them. The Motorola G5 is the best thing since sliced bread. I'm very impressed with the storage capacity and the functions on this Motorola G5.

So far, (2 weeks) I am very pleased with this phone Using it on T-Mobile network without any problems. Screen is very adequate for me even in bright sunlight. No hangups in having multiple apps open.
