No issues so far with freezing up as others had mentioned. I suspect they had older software. Coming from a Galaxy S4, the graphics are better, Dolby sound is awesome. Phone call quality is also excellent. Connects better to distant towers than my old phone. The two caveats I have are no onboard note app, and no voice to text app. Two things I really miss and had to purchase separately. It would also be nice if it came with near field tech, but not a deal breaker for me. Otherwise great phone for the price! Also, buy a good case VIP!

They were very helpful through the process my mother is very technology challenged and the guys help explained it to where she better understood. Keep up the good work guys . Although I'm not 100% sure his name was Carl but I do know his name started with a C he was tall African American. Kind of heavy set ( don't mean any harm by that) he had a joyful spirit about him.
