It was easy to set up no technical support was needed at all. I am not the most techie person but this was so easy to follow. The quality for the price is good to, I would recommend this phone if you are looking for something not to fancy but still up to speed with other smart phones.

Transferred all apps and contacts with only a few pushes. Great camera with optional choices for zoom functions and different types of photos. My husband choose the same phone after looking at mine. He is electronically challenged and he is able to operate his phone with minimal assistance.

At least one in the front (wish both were) the other at the bottom. The audio app allows significant audio improvement. Size, product operation, etc. is all very good. No complaints. Just concerned about China backdoor access to my information.

For under $300, you get enough phone, camera, and speed for anything the majority of us want to use our phones for. You can't beat it for the money, that's for sure!
