It's a a complete budget phone and then some. I have always wanted to try these new motorola phones and I'm not disappointed.

I bought this phone for my brother and he loves it! I like the the charging port is still holding up and hasn't failed like the last phone did.

Works quite quickly, however, it has gotten hung up a few times moving from portrait to landscape while using an app. Otherwise, it was a great upgrade!

My girlfriend is enjoying her new phone. She deserves and needs a new phone. When she explores her phone, she is getting more and more interested.

I am getting a little less performance on the battery, but pretty close to what was promised. I do have a little learning curve to go through. It's not as intuitive for me yet.

I "upgraded" from a Motorola Moto G6 to the G Power because it had better battery life. Well, that much I will give it, but for anything else - I hate it! Sorry I bought the thing and can't wait to buy something else to replace it. Using it is an absolute nightmare. The G6 was so quick and easy and intuitive. This thing? No user manual and it is cumbersome and not user friendly at all. I used to be able to back up with the little back triangle on the bottom of the Moto G6 phone with one tiny tap to go to the last page or app I was on. I used to be able to close an app rapidly by clicking the round button on the bottom of the G6. And I used to be able to quickly switch between apps using the small square at the bottom of the G6 phone. This new G Power?!?! There are NO quick buttons on it. At the bottom is only a single bar which you are *supposed* to be able to do all of this with. Ha! What a joke! It takes me now 6+ swipes (depending upon my timing and accuracy to get the tiny thing just right) just to back out of the online game I play when before it took me one tap. It takes me at least 2 swipes (again, depending upon my timing and accuracy) to switch between apps and what typically happens to me is that it just closes the app I am in and I reopen the new app. I am so frustrated and aggravated with this new phone I should like to flush it down the toilet bowl! I would absolutely NOT recommend this phone to anyone. I hate and dread even using it and find ways and excuses to NOT use it. So it is going to wind up becoming a very expensive paper weight.

Very disappointed with this phone it got cracked so easily and the camera quality is not good ! It says 16megapixel but I doubt that it's right ! The battery is great though been using this for almost 2yrs now and the battery still in a good condition. And another problem I encountered with this phone is sometimes there's a loud sound just like a radio that cuts the signal and I don't know why it's doing this.

I have only purchase Motorola phones in the last 10 years. This will be the first time I will be looking for a non Motorola phone. I have only used the phone for a few days. I don't get any bars with this phone which makes it useless unless there's access to WiFi. I don't like that the fingerprint sensor only unlocks phone. I do like that it charges fast. For now I went back to my old Moto e4 plus.

took a little to get used to the new style screen control but every thing else is right on the money fast and no problems great phone . will stick with moto

Received as promised. Phone has been working excellent since received and activated.

for the price it is a great phone. it has decent storage at 64gb and a wonderful 1080p display. there is slight hiccups during gaming, probably due to mid range processor.

Jamal made my experience awesome. He was so kind and knowledgeable. He seems to take pride in what he does. He is management material.

Kids love it because it holds more data than the previous phone, lol. Picture is better and moves fast.

Moto G Power is easy to set up and intuitive to use. It has a large storage capacity and charges quickly.

Great phone for the price! The you ng lady that took care of us could not have been nicer, or more helpful! We will be back to this location.

I like the phone. Customer service on making sure i received item was superb. Item was as stated in excellent condition for open box purchase.

I have owned Motorola phones before, this one is great, android 10, big screen, just chunkier than the competition. Overall so far a nice phone from an android fanatic.

I bought this phone for mother. She says that she's really enjoying this phone. It does everything she needs it to do very well. Easy to use

Salesperson was great ,switching data from old to new phone. They gave me great info on availabile phones to make a great decision on a new product.

Bought the phone for my 6yr old daughter for Christmas (12/25/2020). Thus far, it is working good and all the features/apps. It is good enough for just her.
