Great Phone, Sound and Camera until 4g lte stops working after 3 months of use. Tried all the tech tips from Total Wireless (Verizon MVNO), spent hours trying to get 4g working, only have 3g. Searched the web for others having the same issue and i guess there's problems with the G7 and G Power models with Android 10 updates disabling or disappearing apn settings for the cdma carriers (Verizon) , not gsm carriers (At&t). Motorola is aware of this and an update to fix it is in the works. My specific problem is the APN setting constantly keeps deselecting and changing back to a different setting even when restarted in safe mode. I've read this is a hardware issue and the phone needs to be replaced. So i'm not sure if a future update will fix it. Also factory reset won't fix it. So Buy at your own risk. I really liked this phone until this happen.

This does everything I need it to perfectly!!! And I'm not a huge gamer on my phone so I don't put it under stress like fortnight, or PUBG

I have had this phone for a little over a week. I upgraded from the moto e4 plus which I loved. It has good battery life and decent camera, although I think my e4 plus took better pictures. My only complaint is that when using skype or facebook messenger video chat the sound is horrible, the other party hears an echo and I hear static and choppy sound. I went to the settings and switched it from smart audio to custom sound and it helped a little but still hear static. I never had this problem with my moto e4 plus. This is disappointing since I use video chat with my grandkids to keep in touch safely during the pandemic. Does anyone else have this problem? I took off the case to see if that was the issue and the audio problems were the same.

We have had phone for a week. Pretty impressive, I think, for a mid price smart phone. I like that it's unlocked to save long term.

For the price point, this phone does the job well. Takes good pictures and has an amazing performance.

Powerful battery, takes awesome pictures, good for game playing, very quick. Hope you have patience because it takes a while to set.
