    Phone volume too low. Screen too sensitive. When you try an scroll looking for something next thing you know it's swiped away. It's not easy to navigate. Swipe left swipe right where's my stuff. You shake your arm off trying to turn on flashlight feature. When I leave home wifi, I have a time try to get to settings to turn on data. Not the easiest phone to use. Battery life is good.

    fingerprint recognition is very poor. I've tried everything, washed hands, cleaned touchpoint. If this feature is important - stay away from this phone. It worked well in the first few weeks, but now won't work at all and Best Buy's return time of 14 days has expired. I visited Motorola's site for support - what a joke. Online virtual assistant doesn't work. Go with Samsung!
