I can be listening to music, or an audiobook, or a phone call, and anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours, it will start sliding down the volume to nothing. You can hear it decrease! First time, I thought it was the battery, but that was fine. I look, and it has a bar across the sound symbol, and will not let me turn it up. I check to make sure something hasn't turned on (another problem). After about 5 minutes of wrestling with the settings, and trying basic things like the buttons on the side, and I might get the volume back. Until it decides to do it again. The 2nd problem is that Google is running the phone, not me. I turn off a lot of things I don't want. Then there is a minor update, or who knows what, and there is Google, turning it on and pushing BIG Look What We Can Do notices about the things I don't want, such as gestures.
