Bad phone

This is the second of same phone in a week and both Are a hunk of junk! Takes nearly 4 hours to charge, malfunctions daily, slower than my old phone with smaller battery. Phone gets hot after just a few minutes and even while it's just plugged in. Battery Drains Quickly, etc... Definitely Returning it.

phone disaster

The phone gets warm to hot when charging. Always re hooking up the blue tooth, music and car phone. The phone isn't worth two cents. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone.

constantly freezes up

This phone freezes up when texting or switching apps. I have only had it in service for 2 months so I can't take it back to BB.I will never buy another Moto product again.

MOTO GOOD TO GO!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For an android device this MOTO is a good device as long as you don't want a device to make payments at the cash register, (no NFC) which I knew before purchase. Anyways; couldn't pass it up for $99 from Google Fi site which is my provider. pro's: 1. fingerprint is Super Fast 2. camera is good 3. screen is very nice 4. Google Fi network phone connects to 3 different networks 5. with Android 10 and other apps has 33% used of 64GB 6. Battery lasts and lasts 7. Sound is good con's: 1. cannot transfer apps to microsd if you install one 2. no Mobile Payments (NFC), that's what plastic and cash is for.. 3. it's September and latest Android Security Update is July. All in All this is quite a good phone whether you pay Best Buy's price or Google Fi's price.

ITS THE WORST PHONE I'VE EVER OWNED

I've had it a week still haven't even got all my contacts switched. The battery doesn't last 3 hours much less than 3 days. Doesn't matter which amp I'm in it keeps locking up. I TRULY BELIEVE I GOT A LEMON !!!

Piece of junk

Then when I tried to power it off it flashed all kinds of colors on the screen and wouldn't turn off. Ruined my son's birthday as it was his present. Hopefully Best Buy will make this right.

Does not work well with Sprint

Has to switch to another phone as I was missing 1/2 m y calls. I love Moto phones but this one and on Sprint was a nightmare. Best buy was great and allowed me to return it

Moto G power
