Had issues within 5 months and poor customer svc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about 4 to 5 months of purchasing this modem, started having issues with it dropping the wireless signal 1 to 2 times per day. At 6 months, the wireless went out completely. Contacted customer service who did not walk me through any possible correction steps, only asked if I had changed setting myself, which I had changed the basics with no resolution. I was told I could return my modem at my cost first and have one returned to me after they received it, or could give them a credit card number, they would send me one in "about 2 days" for replacement, and then I needed to return mine at my cost once again. I would think if your product breaks after 6 months, a company would cover all cost under a warranty, but apparently not Motorola. Last time I will purchase any of their products.

works good after exchange
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When comcast came out to hook up my modem he suggested I exchange for a new one because the connect felt loose. I exchanged at Best Buy, no problem and everything works great. Small inconvenience.

Break the Chain
