This modem does everything that I needed for a work environment. I am not using this for gaming or heavy internet traffic.

works well for the general area. I still need a wifi extender to get access in other areas of this small house.

Bought this to help take cost off of Time Warner Cable monthly fee and take the place of the wifi/router supplied by TWC.

Easy to set up and get working. A quick call to the cable company for recognition and done with paying a monthly "rental" fee. Highly recommend replacing providers cable modem.

I needed two ethernet ports for my home network, but didn't really need a wireless system. the wireless works well though it does not have the range of my linksys wireless.

This is my second Motorola router with modem,I use my first one,never have problems,so when I need I bought it again.

This does the job that the cable company wants a monthly payment for , save your money for other things

I had bought another modem that did not work When I bought this one it was simple to connect and solved the problems with losing internet access caused by previous modems

Since switching from a rental modem to the Best Buy Motorola modem/router I have had uninterrupted service. My four roommates were pleased as well!!!

I love this item. Crisp clear reception no stalling wifi! Best part of this item is that I don't pay my cable company rent for the use of theirs. Very happy!!

Needs to be reset allllll the time. Spend the money and buy a better modem.

We got this router to avoid the rental fee of a cable-lent one. I've noticed no difference in the quality of the connection, so in my opinion, it works fine!

I wanted to get away from the rental fee from Comcast and therefore purchased this Motorola. My wifi kept dropping from 25mbs to 0.05mbs. The Motorola is not dual band and only supports 2.4ghz and not 5ghz. I think that's why it drops so many times. I suggest paying a bit more and get the dual band models.

When my Comcast worker came to hook up everything, he was impressed too!! What a great modem, router. I don't have to pay Comcast anymore to use their product.

Saves me paying a monthly rental to Comcast, stable connection works 100% better than the one we rented and saving the rental fee means it will pay for itself!

Purchased this modem because I was tired of paying the $10 monthly fee to time warner. This modem worked perfectly. Will pay for itself over a few months.
