The modem works well and has a good wireless range.

Works fine, was able to consolidate 10 year old router and modem. Don't see much difference in speeds. Comcast had to come by to set up, they did not charge for visit.

I purchased this modem so I could lower my Time Warner / Spectrum bill since they were charging me to lease their modem. It was the cheapest in a price comparison and seemed to compare to higher priced modems. The first problem after I received and opened it I realized that it didnt include a port for telephone which I get thru Spectrum as well as internet (and TV). Instructions from Spectrum told me that I would need a splitter from the cable into my modem and then one to their modem for phones. So after doing this the modem did work after activation but was very intermittent with the ethernet signal coming and going. I contacted spectrum and they sent a tech out who found that the signal coming in was very strong and wondered why I had purchased my own modem. When I told him he told me that I was under the old (Time Warner ) contract that Spectrum NO longer charged a rental fee for modems. All I needed to do was have them switch my account over. He also replaced my Spectrum modem and thought it would probably work better than what I had (TWC) but I would have to also have it activated. Now that I have their modem everything works very well Internet , wifi and phones. I guess maybe I should have realized that sometimes you get what you pay for and the cheapest modem might not work as well...

The router was very easy to set up, but I wish the range was a bit better on it. I notice spotty connection in some places that I think it should be stronger.

I can't really comment on the item as I was unable to use it. The agent and I were not knowledgeable enough to know this wasn't supported by my provider.

It is good to have a combo instead of a cable modem and a separate wi-fi router. However, with a combo device lacking the external antennas, the wi-fi signal is really bad. With my laptop connected to one of the four Ethernet ports, I got over 50 Mbps download speed. Connecting to wireless, I got over 25 Mbps if I am close to the device and below 10 Mbps if I am in the next room. I would consider returning it but it has already past 14 days.

The modem portion of this work great. However, the WIFI portion cuts in and out often. I tried everything, but I am exchanging after about a month.

Having some problems with WiFi disconnecting on multiple devices and then returning a minute later

I replaced my router/modem from comcast. Not sure if it is my internet or the modem but it seems to drop my service more often now.

Had a hard time setting it up with TWC as it would shut down a week after I set it up.

I didn't work as well as we needed it to. We wound up renting one from our cable company that did what we needed it to do.

I purchased this modem because I was sick of paying the cable company to lease theirs. When I hooked it up it was fine for the first few days. After that, it began developing intermittent wireless connectivity issues. Everything that was wired to the modem worked fine but WiFi had no connection. This is still happening to this day. The only solution is to reset the modem everytime.

I bought this to use because my time Warner one took a dump. It works well, just didn't have the phone plug in.

Works good but slower than the one we had from the cable company. Ok but not great. Price was decent.
