The cable modem part works but the router does not

It was a mistake. The cable modem part connected fine with no issue but the wireless router part is worthless. The wi-fi speed would fluctuate some much that the connection would drop every 30 seconds, sitting 10 feet away!! When I finally figured out it was the router, it had already passed the return period. I ended up disabling the router and hooked up another wi-fi to it. That completely defeated the space-saving purpose of purchasing this device.

Faulty Product - no returns from Best Buy

Checked the outlet, the power adapter, both were okay. router/modem either had a faulty motherboard or it had somehow completely died while sitting on a table providing Wi-Fi. Best Buy wouldn't return it as they have a 15 day return policy, so I had to contact Motorola to return the product with the 1 year warranty.

Very good product with fast speed!

It looks awesome, price seems ok for what it offers, it gets the job done and I'm happy that speeds are better than my previous Arris modem which as a big pain. So far so good here, installation was fairly easy.
