    Motorola isn't a good brand anymore

    One of the worst phones I've ever had. The touch screen locks and gets black for few seconds when you make a call. It's slow and not very responsive. Sound is cheap. Keeps glitching and I just bought it less than 2 months ago. Wasted $400 for nothing. I used to have a high respect for Motorola devices but not anymore.

    I used to love Motorola since the razr. They really dropped the ball with this one. People call me but i never get the calls. Horrible phone.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.... This phone worked well but for a very short time. Completely died in less than 4 months with minimal use. Put it on the charger then when I came back the phone no longer would turn on. Best Buy can do nothing and Motorola will only replace with a used phone. Never buying Motorola again! Save yourself the same headache and avoid this phone!!

    I have had so many problems with this phone. No one can figure out why and I regret buying it. It looks nice and has a good display, its just at times it wont receive calls, texts and randomly loses service.

    Dont buy this if you want to answer calls

    After 9 months of use and several phone calls and factory resets this phone will not answer a call 80% of the time. Unable to resolve this so returning it.

    Unable to talk on the phone using speaker option

    This was such a great phone and so many ways. Had to return it though because the speaker option was not working. I even went into the geek squad to have them check it out and they called me from the landline they could hear me fine when I was not on speaker, but when I was on speaker they could not hear me. So I switched it for another one and same issue. So I had to return both all together. Really sad because I liked the phone other than that

    Got my phone without charger

    I got the phone without a charger. I reported the customer support but no action afterward. fortunately, the phone is not damaged and working fine.

    I am a Motorola fan, but this after researching the reviews. But screen cracked even when it was protected, and hard and pricey to replace.

    Do not purchase this phone! I have been very unhappy with this phone since I purchased it at Best buy! The phone lags it freezes and the battery drains quickly and also is not compatible with Wi-Fi calling basically the phone is a brick

    My phones data stopped working after the 14 day time period. I called my carrier first to see if they could help but after two weeks of trying, they said I needed to take it back, and of course thats when I found out about that 14 day minumum return policy on phones, its only one month old and now Ihave a paper weight. Thank you Bezt Buy

    This might not be a fair review because I never used the phone, but that's kind of the point. I bought this "open box", but when I tried to activate it I learned that only the original owner of a Motorola phone can use it, even after a factory reset. I contacted Motorola support and they confirmed only the original owner can use it, even after factory reset. 100% disposable phone...

    5g Not working on at&t

    The 5g doesn't work on At&t network.they say it works but it is a false advertisement.I use the phone to get blocks from amazon.today I have been trying for 13 hours I just got one block that is a two hour duration.it even took me 3 and half hour to get this block.others who uses samsung it doesn't take them more than 30 minutes.It is a wast of money if you are buying this for a job that requires a 5g job.espessially if you are with at&t don't buy it

    The phone would not utilize my 5g service. Both my old phone and the new phone I received after returning the ace worked fine when 5g was available. The phone seemed very slow. A speed test with full signal yielded a best of 7meg. My new phone with the same SIM card consistently produced 30 meg on 4g and 100 meg on 5g.

    When people call it has a echo. Lighter that the other one I had. Seems like it glitches and shuts off on its own. Not impressed.

    I purchased a replacement phone and when my att service was transferred to the new phone the best buy rep changed my plan eliminating my unlimited data plan and switched me to 450 min talk and text plan without my knowledge. I spend the next 2 days getting my plan switched back. All I wanted was a new phone. The bby rep seemed clear on that.

    Does not work on Verizon. Wasted 4 hours trying to activate and was told it's not compatible. Battery also not good was draining a percent every 10 mins. Took it back. I'm done with Motorola. Been buying from them last 5 years, time to try somebody different.
