A: Thanks for your interest, Andy. If you look at our carrier compatibility list here: https://www.motorola.com/us/carrier-compatibility, this device is compatible with AT&T. However, 5G support will be added later. - Mike
A: Mine did the same thing with Verizon. had to go on website in my account settings and change my plan to 5G plan. Didn"t cost anymore, but the only way I could fix it. hope this helps Mike.
Q: Weight listed at 212 oz. That's over 13 pounds!! What is the actual weight?
A: Haha, someone must have wanted to not use grams. Per the Motorola website: 166.1 x 76.1 x 9.9mm, 212 grams
Q: Is Moto one 5G ace compatible with Xfinity mobile
A: ...if not compatible with Xfinity wireless, why are they selling them on their site to their Xfinity wireless customers? Do I have to call them instead of believing Motorola site checking for compatibility? When was Motorola site updated for this accurate check before I purchase? Find a good product and deal at the provider then I can't use the product because someone is not up to date or is not honest...I'm a little confused on to buy or not to buy or just wait til my 4G phone craps out? I have only used Motorola for past 1.5 decades and disappointed when I checked about 20 Motorola phones and none are compatible with Xfinity Wireless carrier?
Q: The specs say this phone has 64gb of ram. Is that correct?
A: No... it has 6GB of RAM, and either 64GB or 128GB of storage space depending on which phone you buy. It also has the capability of adding an expandable microSD card, up to 1TB. Per Motorola's specifications: Processor Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 750G 5G Expandable Storage Up to 1TB microSD card6 expandable Memory (RAM) 6GB Internal Storage 64GB built-in / 128GB built-in
Q: Is this a prepay phone or can it be added to my AT&T account?
A: Unlocked phone and can be added to most any service.
A: Mine was 10 Watts as well, and that's what Motorola includes with all of the phones as far as I know. The phone supports up to a 15W charger, which should theoretically charge at about a 50% faster rate, approximately. The battery is 5000 mAH (milliamp hours) which is quite a bit of battery power for a phone. That's equivalent to 5 amp hours. 10 watts at 5 Volts DC is 2 amps, and you're taking a battery that's down to 30% (1500 mah) back to a full charge... that's going to take a bit longer than other phones because the battery is so big. So a charger that's capable of 2A charging for 1.5 hours = 3AH, or 3000 mAh for a total of about 4.5AH, or 4500mAH. Close enough to 5000mAH given battery recharging capabilities. A 15 watt charger at 5 vdc is 3A. That's a 50% increase in output. But when we compare charging times, what does this gain you? 3A per hour, or 3000 mAH from 30% (1500mAH) means it will take about an hour vs. hour and a half to recharge to the same point. (Battery recharge rates are not linear, so these values are approximate.) It's faster, but it's still going to take a while because the battery is so big. An alternative is to plug in randomly throughout the day to get a bit of a charge here and there. I do this sitting at my desk at work, or when I'm running around town in my vehicle. I rarely see 80% or less this way, but I typically plug in when I sleep at night. Hope this helps.
Q: Motorola one 5g works with Spectrum?
