[Employee of bestbuy] Great look/feel but connectivity was a constant issue from my experience. Gave it a second chance by exchanging the original purchase but ended up making a full return in the end. =‘/

Better than AAWireless but still a little glitchy

I originally bought the AAWireless adapter but that one continues to be glitchy so I decided to try the Motorola one. The Motorola unit has much fewer issues but it still has its problems. Sometimes the buttons on the steering wheel don't work, sometimes it won't connect, and sometimes there are issues playing music. I use this daily and it works well enough to me going. These things aren't cheap and they aren't many options out there so for now I'm sticking with it. My main reason for buying it was that when I was using the phone plugged in to the car Android Auto would constantly disconnect (seems to be a common issue).

Hi Kilo, We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble connecting your device to your Mach-E and accessing Netflix. To help resolve this, please make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network and try restarting both your phone and the Mach-E system, as power cycling can often fix connectivity problems. It’s also a good idea to ensure that both your phone’s software and the Netflix app are up to date, and you can try clearing the app cache by going to Settings > Apps > Netflix > Storage > Clear Cache. If the problem continues, please reach out to supportforums@motorola.com with your device details, and our team will be happy to assist further. -Mitch MotorolaMobility

Takes awhile for it to turn on. After it does, my ipod turns off and plays Spotify without my concent. I can't change it back. Had to use VLC app to bypass it and play off my phone and it sometimes plays my ipod. I might be me, but shouldn't be this hard to use.

This thing only connected twice in 4 days and when i got out and back in my 2019 Ram it wouldn't connect again. I kept having to pair and unpair, cycle my Bluetooth etc and still fight with it to connect and only connected twice.

I love wireless but hate the whole clunky android experience on it. Just not the same as stock wireless. The sound isnt as good but thats to be expected. Just not worth the price.

It worked well for a year. Setup was not so hard. However, right after the warranty period ended, it started to break down. It won't pair with my new phone or allow me to factory reset it. Now it's just a piece of electronic waste.
