Best Buy was very helpful w/my issue, they fixed my phone issue w/o any questions, prior verizon location sold me a phone told me they would download all my prior info loaded on my phone n they lied.. 90% of Icons were not there anymore! Couldn't even use my phone, I'm serious! Sales tech apparently was LAZY! Bott6om line.. Thanks Best Buy once again..Rob

Not actually sure what I get from it, I would like someone to tell me before it says his expires, which is today. Please tell me what the perks are.

I’ve had the My Best Buy Plus™ membership for a few months now, and I honestly wish I had signed up sooner. It’s one of the best value subscriptions I’ve come across in retail. From the moment I joined, I started seeing the benefits — especially the exclusive member pricing, which already saved me more than the cost of the membership! I recently purchased a few big-ticket items (a PS5 accessory, a coffee machine, and headphones), and the savings alone were impressive. What I also love is the free 2-day shipping with no minimum — super convenient, especially when ordering tech or gifts at the last minute. The extended return window gives me peace of mind, and their customer service has been excellent every time I needed help. If you shop at Best Buy even occasionally, this membership is 100% worth it. And if you shop there often, it’s a no-brainer. Best Buy really nailed it with this program — it feels like they actually reward loyal customers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for real value and perks without the fluff!

Things are not made like they used to be so I really like my protection plan. If the items I buy do not hold up, Best Buy will fix it for me. They automatically add my warranties when I make a purchase so that I don't have to locate them and they answer any questions I have. I even earn discounts on future purchases when I buy the items I want.

Good deal on membership. However I wish there were better deals on the products, more items with special pricing with members.

Have not had a chance to really use the membership yet since getting it but it did help me with a good price on the new Z Fold 7 that I could not have gotten if I had gone to Verizon(who I have service with).

So far so good. I purchased a PC & Monitor and the savings was greater than the membership. I guess the idea is to keep me buying my computers at Best Buy every year, but if the service stays good - I'm happy to comply. Stay competitive, guys. (and try to upsell me on that pizza oven next time. I was really close to buying it anyway :-0 )

Second service rep that waited on me was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the items and details and was patient and assisting knowing me different products that best suited my needs, on what I was looking for. However the membership didn't offer computer setup okay

The membership is a fantastic value for any shopper at Best buy whether you shop regularly like me or just every now and then. The savings opportunities are amazing. Special prices for members. That's a fantastic quality to have in your membership. The extended return policy gives you the opportunity to experience your purchase without worrying about whether or not it fits in to your lifestyle. That's that's a huge opportunity that no one really offers. I have spent so much time talking to knowledgeable people that really understand where I'm coming from in store and in chat. Rather it's trying to figure out what fits inside my PC setup that was all brand new from the ground up purchased from Best Buy, or just talking about new exciting things coming to the tech world, or just the amazing culture that lives in my store, in Huntsville, Alabama, and I know many other stores, it's always a great experience. The ability to not have to worry about returning something if it goes down in price and just having the price match done online without having to go into the store. It is just a simplicity that isn't available at any retailers I can think of. This membership is really priceless.

The membership has been great! Its gotten me some good deals. It saved me $300 on my pre built pc i purchased. I dont reccomend constantly paying month to month. I saved up and bought everything i needed from best buy in a single month so j could save lots of money and only have to spend the $50 for a singular time

This membership is a real value being a Best Buy member plus I received so many great discounts. It’s my favorite place to shop. I recently purchased a ring camera for my son and because I’m a member plus I got a $70 discount. I have purchased many TVs and many other numerous items.

It works like any other credit card, you spend money.. you pay that back. However there is something genius that Best Buy did that reeled me in. Instead of only having the option to spend wherever or spend in store only, I can choose between those 2 options. To me that was crucial. Instead of being able to buy whatever whenever, thus using all that money way to soon, I chose in store only and have gotten mostly things I need, with the exception of a few splurges. Plus the ability to do payments per item, which admittedly I still don’t fully understand. From my understanding, you can use the card on anything in store and online through Best Buy. If you go with the use anywhere option, my assumption is you can literally use it anywhere. Now with that said, using in store comes with perks, I’ll go ahead and assume those perks don’t apply at another store. This is a great option for a credit card. Work as you’d expect and I haven’t had anything happen behind the scenes that would make me want to stop using it. I buy, I pay back. Super simple!

I am very happy that we got the Best Buy membership. Not only does it get you interest free payments for one year, but it also includes a price match guarantee in case your tv goes down in price within a specified amount of time! We were able to save $200 plus tax because of this!

Best Buy Plus is absolutely worth it. The member prices save money, the 60-day return window adds peace of mind, and the price match really pays off—we bought a washer/dryer in October and got about $100 refunded when the price dropped during Black Friday. Great value all around!

I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.
