This membership it was a great deal. I could see the benefits from having a membership. Also the people were really friendly when they asked me about the membership.

I was told to buy a membership to have better odds of getting a Nvidia 50 series GPU. It did instantly give me better odds and within 2 weeks I was finally able to purchase one. I don't know of any other benefits I will personally use, but IMO it did work for what I needed it for.

The delivery guys were very helpful and fast. My only complaint is that it took almost a month to get the TV.

This membership is excellent. It covers the warranty on purchased items for 60 days, and they give you a percentage of your purchase back, which can be used for future purchases. In short, it's magnificent, and I recommend it 100%.

Will having this best buy plus membership is a great value thing. The processes of getting me approve for it was very fast and the sales staff that was doing it on computer was very friendly and experienced. And I also like the benefits of this membership it gives me the protection for something that I buy with my best buy card and also for no interest for one year. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to save some money for not paying interest for one year.

I purchased a washer and dryer. Upon completion of the sale, Dan, the sales rep, informed that if there was a lower price within two month period that I could call the 1-800-BestBuy line. The person at that number was unable to assist me due to a gliche in the system and instructed me to return to the BestBuy store for assistance. I did visit the store, spoke with Dan and he remembered me. He immediately took care of the situation by calling a Supervisor, Michael, over to assist with the transaction. Because of the excellent customer service and high level of professionalism shown by both, I will be returning to BestBuy in July to make further purchases for my family. I, also, recommended that one of my sisters purchase a washer along with the membership. She was extremely pleased with the service she received from Dan. We are both pleased with the products we purchased as well. We checked other appliance retailers and found that BestBuy offered the better deals. Thank you, Dan, Michael, and BestBuy. Lo mejor de lo mejor. The Best of the best for me

Had issues with my membership from not showing on my best buy account so wasn’t able to use it and totally forgot about it. Only took almost a year and lost all the good deals. Wish best buy could help out in making it right since it took a while to merge my account. Overall i can say it was worth the upgrade. You get a little more discount. Depending on product.

Customer service explained the benefits clearly. The extra return days option was appealing.

I love it! The membership gives me great discounts and free shipping, which makes shopping so much easier and more affordable.

Overall it’s worth the $50 a year. Inside the years since I’ve purchased it I’ve saved over $200 on purchases I would have made regardless of having the membership. Down side is customer support could care less if you are a member or not when you reach out to them on the app. They aren’t rude.. but it certainly doesn’t help you any.

I’ve never used it, but it’s a good option. I would definitely recommend it.

I got the membership in January to get a new TV for the Super Bowl. Then again in March for a new washer/dryer for our daughter. The TV & appliances came with a $200 discount applied part on the purchase and also a merchandise credit for future buys.

Overall, the My Best Buy Plus membership offers decent value, especially for frequent shoppers. The discounts and perks are useful, and I’ve found the Geek Squad support to be reliable when needed. However, I think there’s room for improvement, particularly with expanding member benefits or making them more personalized. I’m looking forward to seeing what updates or new features they might introduce in the future.

I feel like it’s actually worth it. I’ve cancelled it in the past, but this time I’ve kept it.
