Been able to return items after a period of time it is s real value and been able to use Geek also.

When I signed up for it it did save me about 50.00 off of a New freezer that was not staying cold enough and food was not being Fully frozen the New freezer works great and it has more space

It is what it is. If you chat with support you can expect to pay if you have to connect for them to actually figure it out. 39.99 in addition to what I thought was my membership to cover the support service. Perhaps I misunderstood- I read all the Eula stuff but you know how long all that is. $49. Doesn’t really get you much unless you can bring your product in. In my case it’s a new router/modem that won’t connect when even the right settings are set. In a large home I will now have to uninstall and reinstall 5 of 7 smoke /co detectors because they did not reconnect after a power outage.

Membership is a great value. Great member only pricing and deals. 60 day returns and price match on most items. You can save well over the cost. Im loving my plus membership so far.

I bought this membership because I would’ve saved a chunk of money off my new laptop. Deal side, this is great to have for exclusive Best Buy deals that you and other members have. Deals come in all different categories and you can find some sweet deals. Also, it would be a great benefit for the family if a family member wants a deal you have access to, you can share the love and buy it for them and be reimbursed by them, it’s a win win for both parties. Some deals are few and far between if you’re looking for something specific, but with time and a refresh or deals, it may come up.

I bought this mostly for the longer 60 day return period and price matching period. I was kinda slowly buying parts to build a PC over the period of a month or so, and I liked knowing that if I decided I wanted a different part, or if it turned out something wasn’t working when I finally got around to building my PC, I would have time to return. Also the extended price match window is great. Removes some of the anxiety around buying something not on sale - if it goes on sale in the next 60 days I love knowing they will price match for me.

Got the membership for $50 with a promo credit for $50 so I see it as essentially free. I use the free shipping and having priority on drops is nice. The extended warranty is also great to have but I haven’t had to use it. I would say it’s probably worth the price without the promo but I purchased a laptop, tv, and buy cards fairly regularly, you get out what you put in. Value depends on how often you buy things and what you’re buying.

This membership is a real valus. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great.

The service team at Best Buy is excuse the pun They are the best at what you’ve bought and don’t know or that needs to be fixed. They fix it in a jiffy Turn around

I've been buying for over 3 years and I've never had a problem with the devices or with customer service, either online or in-store. I've always been well-treated and even with information, they've always helped me a lot, thank you very much.

I can't say that I have really taking full advantage of my membership. I do love Best Buy for my electronics and if you are a person that purchases a lot of electronics Best Buy is definitely the place to go.
