I’ve really enjoyed having the My Best Buy Plus membership. The exclusive discounts, faster shipping, and extended return window make shopping a lot easier and definitely worth the price. I buy electronics pretty often, so the savings add up quickly. It feels like the membership pays for itself, and I love getting early access to deals. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly.

At first I thought this was kinda just another subscription to just have, being 50$/y is not that much money so I figured it would only save me about that, but i decided to give it a try. I do not regret it, within the first two months ive allready saved the money ive apent for the subscription, and im sure ill be saving more, especially if you end up picking up a best buy credit card, I cannot reccomend this more, even if you dont frequent best buy too often.

Our delivery guys were great conner was informative and kept us updated to the minute of their arrival. And although there was a moment of misinformation given by the sales person they proceeded to take care of us like pros and were very polite. Also took all the packing materials with them. As far as the membership goes it was a no brainer to pay 60.00 to not have to pay 150.00 delivery fee. Sobwe will see if there is any other benefits to being a member.......

Bottom line, it fit and it works. When we purchased it, our sales person failed to add in haul away despite our request. 2 days before delivery, I called in as I couldn’t find haul away. Was told it wasn’t ordered and because of that error, our delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for 12/1. Actual delivery and install seemed to work. Why they couldn’t have added the very small time required for haul away to our first delivery escapes me.

I got this membership for the money back it offers from making a big purchase. The membership is good but I don't like that I have to pay tax separately and I don't like that I have to purchase something that is over the cost of the money back I have from the membership. What I mean by this is, I had $75 back from making a big purchase so I intended to use part of that on a ps5 game. Upon taking the $20 game to the register, I was told that I had to purchase something at least $25 because the $75 was split into 3 segments of $25 each so once I did that, I still had to pay tax separately. But overall despite that experience, I think the membership is a good idea if the customer is planning on going back continuously. My last opinion on the store is, a lot of the items are the exact same on Amazon but cheaper. This doesn't really have anything to do with the membership but it is prop important for y'all to know.

If you’re like me and you have an unofficial rule of anything over $100 gets a warranty, especially when it comes to electronics and hard this pays for itself you get a two-year warranty on every purchase there’s not a limit to how many purchases so therefore, if you get Lasse a pair of AirPods on sale for 219, you buy them open box so now they’re 200 even you just got yourself a brand new pair of AirPods with AppleCare for $200. You just saved $30 right there.

I actually had to file a discounted price review 3 weeks after my purchase. And within 30 mins, they resolved it. You also get discounts in other software areas that compete with large scale discounters.

I think the membership can be a really great product for those who shop consistently at best buy, for me i’m a once in a blue moon shopper so it’s not worth it but still has its perks.

I’m on the basic plan, and it gives me some advantages, like being able to return products I don’t really like within three months. I’m thinking about upgrading to the Premium plan. Best Buy has people who actually listen and try to help.

I purchased this membership because it offered me a discount on the TV i wanted purchase. In doing so, it also gave me a 6 month XMSiris membership. So far, I enjoy it..

I typically do not go for add-ons, but with the computer I was purchasing, it made sense. I did have to swap out the computer within 60 days, not due to hardware issue, the graphics card did not have enough memory for the photo apps I was running. BB took the original unit back and I got the new PC within a week. I worked with the Geeks and they were extremely helpful getting licensing changed over to the new unit.

wow! a no brainer as phones always need help ,plus to know you can add your home computer on this policy a no brainer. and Cameda let me know my apple laptop is also covered, Cam explained how we will return this laptop to add it on the correct purchase date.PS will not go to see geeks inless its Cam..

Picked up 2 of these at purchase to replace a pair of 24 LGs. I'll admit, I didn't realize they were 240 Hz monitors until after purchase. Kinda threw me, but they're easily clocked to anything below without issue. Running on both linux and win platforms with a 7900XT, I push outs from DP but scale down to HDMI at the sending side. I'm not the most fickle on monitors and the wonky cabling might be quality degrading, but I don't like being jerked around. In this case, I don't feel jerked around. I think Best Buy did me a solid, so... review time!

The My Best Buy Plus membership has been completely worth it for me. I recently bought a Lenovo Legion laptop, and the member discounts and extended return window gave me a lot of peace of mind. The faster shipping and extra protection benefits make the whole experience smoother, especially when buying higher-end electronics. If you shop at Best Buy for tech even a couple of times a year, this membership easily pays for itself :)

I've made a lot of purchases this year and for smaller online orders this is worth it on shipping. For other purchases there is often a discount but the discount does not always seem exclusive to members. Gone is they point system they used to have. I actually liked that as it gave you a measure of your loyalty. Whether that was worth much or not, it felt valuable somehow. I'm mainly concerned at this point with supporting competition for Amazon and having a local physical location to go to. So if the membership helps them out, great. Hard to think of Best Buy as a disadvantaged 'local' business but seems that way these days!

Our experience at the West Lebanon store was excellent. The Geek Squad person as very helpful and got our laptop squared away. We are very appreciative of the assistance. We bought the membership plan due to the assistance we received and for any future problems.

Decent value membership if you know you're going to spend 1k a year on tech.
