I like the member prices as I have saved 3x what i paid for it just on my IPad Air M3. Also i have enjoyed the 60 day return cycle as well. I do my own tech support so total is not my jam. This is definitely worth it for 50 per year for me.

Look into their price match policy! It’s kinda hidden which makes sense. I bought a new laptop, it usually goes on sale every few months but I needed one to replace my old one that broke ASAP. The two sales guys were very good at their job trying to upsell the memberships and at the last minute mentioned that the return period gets extended to two months with the membership and if the laptop goes on sale during the return period you can price match. A month later the laptop went on sale and I got $450 refunded for price match. Definitely worth the $25 membership!

Bought a TV and was told it had a stand as well as a mounting bar...well, no stand which is what I needed. Was finally able to learn from another store that universal stands were a thing so I went to Best Buy to purchase. Got no love for the mistake but I do have the TV set up and it works great...little thanks to Best Buy.

I have not yet had a problem with any items that I have brought also. I just showed up the Geek Squad. They took care of me, no problems. They did not make me make an appointment. They just took care of me right on the spot. I love it.I will do it all again john c

Purchased the Best Buy Plus program and it did not disappoint! Both items went on sale shortly after purchase and my local Best Buy customer service representatives quickly and easily refunded my credit card for the difference! That was amazing and I’m thrilled to have gotten these items at such a great price! Spending the extra $50 fee up front was well worth it for me in the end.

This membership has real value because when I purchase items too large for my care, I take advantage of the Free 2-day shipping. I addition the 60-day return window makes shopping convenient and gives a peace of mind.

Very worth it for deals, price matching, and extended return times. Has saved me a lot of money. Very happy the Best Buy employees convinced me to get this. Now the membership just keeps bringing me back in to buy more stuff because of all the deals

The associate, let’s call them Alex (I wish I’d caught their real name!), listened patiently as I explained my situation, asked smart questions to clarify my needs, and then walked me through several options with impressive knowledge and zero pressure. When we hit a snag with an out-of-stock item, Alex didn’t hesitate to check their system, call another location, and arrange a seamless transfer—all while keeping me updated with a smile. It felt like they were as invested in solving my problem as I was! What really stood out was the follow-up. After I got home with my shiny new laptop, I received a courtesy call to ensure everything was working perfectly and to see if I had any more questions. I love my membership as I move back and fourth to California and Texas and sometimes need to make returns this gives me a long enough period where I can return stuff and even find good deals so far this year I have saved about 200 dollars just having this membership

The membership can make sense for planned larger purchases or frequent purchases. For me it made sense and ended up being a savings overall. For those who have large planned BB purchases or frequently purchase I’d say get this to save money long term.

I would not be able to use my laptop to its full capability without the geek squad. They are amazing and I’m so happy that I got the membership. It really is worth every penny of it.

I haven’t had the opportunity to use my membership to the degree in which it provides benefits, but I intend to. I’m still waiting to receive the $75 promotional gift based on my purchase of the MacBook Air. Hopping to receive it soon.

G.O.A.T.! I've had some minor (operator error--me) issues and Christina and Lorenzo have been extremely patient wit me checking with me on the phone and returning to fix my issues. They came by again today to fix one last problem and, of course for them, it was done in about 20 minutes. They are the Greatest of all Time! Thanks, Lorenzo and Christina!

I bought it was good and extended my return period and offered some deals but the customer service of Bestbuy was very incompetent and just wasted my time and efforts and lying and wasted my 2 months to even told me to buy an LG product to gain or win the rewards or to get the $400 rewards because of my loyalty but at end just wasting my time

The delivery was smooth and on schedule. The 75" Hisense TV was setup quickly and easily with a little help from family members. This purchase was made after signing up for My Best Buy Plus membership. I have been very satisfied with whole process.

This is great. I find that the extended return window gives me such freedom in not worrying about getting back to the stores within 2 weeks and actually enjoying the product before deciding. I’ve also already saved as much as the membership cost just in “membership only sales” those are the biggest benefits so far but I know I’m going to continue to renew year after year
