Absolutely worth every penny to get the membership if only for tge extra return time for purchase and when they include the 3 month YouTube premium membership with the purchase of the Best Buy membership its basically paying for itself if you pay for YouTube premium already so it's 100% worth it

I never sign up for these but seen I could get 50 off a item with it and I think it was only 40 so I saved money and since I’ve saved maybe 50 on other purchases so it’s a plus in all

The membership has definitely been helpful and appreciated. I feel it's a great advantage and a big benefit with purchases and returns. So I definitely have let friends know about it.

This was a good purchase for us. As we were going to make additional purchases this year so we were able to accumulate some points and Best Buy money to put towards are new purchases.

We needed a new phone and sales person said they would transfer everything over. We did not want to do it our selves. Six hours and 10% transfer. We went back to the store 3 times and it was not finished. Finally an employee that just started his shift came over and said it will never finish. Best Buy has the worst wifi in the world. He convinced us to take it home and call him while from home to finish it. He was right, it took only 4 minutes to do the transfer from the old phone to the new phone. Very dissapointed in Best Buy for wasting my day.

This membership for $50 is ok and I hope it will provide great value over the next year but what I'd like to see is for Best Buy to bring back the "Geek Squad" membership that included free delivery and installation of things like appliances. We had that membership for years but then cancelled it when they removed this benefit.

The 60 day return is a game changer. It definitely makes getting open box perfect

I can see my membership paying off by Christmas 2025. I bought it less than a month ago and Best Buy is already sending me early bird special offers on the appliances I have been looking at. Something’s telling me that Moma needs a new LG stove, refrigerator and dishwasher for Christmas 2025!

One could never go wrong with BestBuy. You can count on them for everything. To put a better perspective - I’m sure others have experienced the same; I got a Bose Sounbar gifted for x-mas from a family member. Apparently, Bose as the manufacturer had a holiday sale and thought it to be the better deal. Unfortunately, the soundbar was defective. Our experience with having the return/exchange process directly with Bose was a nightmare. It took over 2 months to get a new item back. If this had been purchased at BestBuy; 1st - They Price Match, 2nd - Their return/exchange process is superb, 3rd - All employees are experts. Should you have questions or doubts about any electronics, they will help you! - plus they have an excellent warranty membership with perks.

I’ve been a My Best Buy Plus member for a few year now, and honestly, it’s been a pretty solid experience. For $49.99 a year, I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth it, but the perks have added up. The free 2-day shipping is a game-changer—no minimum purchase needed, which is awesome for small stuff like cables or accessories. I’ve saved a decent chunk with the exclusive member prices too; I snagged a laptop recently and got $50 off just for being a member, so the membership basically paid for itself right there. The extended 60-day return window is another big plus. It takes the pressure off when I’m buying something I’m not 100% sure about—like a gadget I might want to test out for a while. I also like getting early access to sales and new products; it feels kinda cool to get first dibs on stuff before it’s gone. That said, it’s not perfect. If you don’t shop at Best Buy a lot, the value might not be there—I’ve had months where I didn’t use it much and wondered if it was worth renewing. And some of the ‘exclusive’ deals aren’t always mind-blowing. But overall, for someone like me who’s into tech and shops Best Buy regularly, it’s been a no-brainer. I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5—great if you use it, but maybe not for everyone.

I love my experience with Best Buy plus being able to get your stuff in a two day span or if anything happens with your PC you can go back and get it fixed for free. The fact that most of the stuff in the store is half off depending on what you buy and there’s literally a geek squad where you can go and take a PC and they could put in the parts for you. It’s amazing.

I love my membership is easy and affordable and everyone in the store are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable it’s always a great experience which keeps me coming back and recommending it to family and friends I’ve also had people come and join asap after telling them about my amazing experience

Our salesperson advised that we would receive a rebate with our purchase. When do we have access to that rebate? We rarely step in the store and therefore have yet to use our membership.

The membership is a good price & offers some pretty good deals.. Have only had it a moth or two so time will tell if it's totally worth it. It does have good features like a 60 day return policy on all purchases..

The membership is helpful especially with changes to return policy. I buy items and take some time to use it or check it out so this is helpful for me if I need to return an item after 15 days. I have not truly explored all the benefits.

I bought the My Best Buy Plus membership less than a month ago, and I’ve already saved more than what I paid for it. In addition to Deal of the Day offers, you get special discounts on hand-picked items, many of which are actually useful for day-to-day needs. There are always extra savings on tons of products, and the extended 60-day return window is a great bonus. Overall, this membership is a fantastic value. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy at least twice a month.

This is my first year as a Best Buy member, and honestly, it’s been solid. I signed up when I was buying a new TV, and the membership paid off right away—I saved some money on the TV and even earned Best Buy rewards that I used toward another purchase later on. It was a nice bonus for stuff I was planning to buy anyway. I will say, the phone customer service line was kind of a hassle—way too much back and forth. But when I went into the store, the folks there were wicked helpful. They got everything squared away without a problem. All in all, it’s definitely saved me some cash, and the perks have been worth it. If you shop at Best Buy now and then, it’s not a bad deal at all.
