    This membership saved me a lot of money on the washing machine that I needed to purchase. It was definitely worth it to become a member in order to get the savings on my new washing machine. Plus after purchasing the washer, I got $100 back to use at Best Buy on Christmas gifts.

    I got this for free for a year for making a massive purchase and opening a credit account for bestbuy. I have not seen any benefits from this as of yet (Months after 'Purchase') the only benefit is not having to pay interest for several months allowing me to save money and not pay any interest at all.

    Good Afternoon, I’m reaching out in hopes of a resolution. I went into Best Buy here in Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 store #509. I went to make a transaction for an item that was above a tag priced at $129.99. The product was Beats Pro 2. When the cashier completed the transaction she said the item was $249.99. I immediately questioned the PRICE. I spoke w/ a manager he gave me an unexpected explanation regarding the price. As a consumer & a Best Buy cardholder who’ve made big purchases and currently have a ZERO balance w/ Best Buy. It’s NOT my problem that the tag should have been REMOVED. I selected that product based off the tag. I feel it should have been an Employee training moment and me as the consumer with a EXCELLENT payment HISTORY, should have been HONORED that displayed tag price for the $129.99. I’ve went through ALL the proper chains of command. And the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. If someone with decision making abilities can respond to this email w/ a resolution I would appreciate that in a timely manner. See attached photo of item & price displayed. I’m almost 100% certain that the tag is no longer DISPLAYED and was REMOVED soon as I departed the store. Please again RESPOND in a timely manner. Thank you in advance regarding this issue.

    I would like to recommend all the employees I dealt with at Best Buy’s store especially Mike Sellers & Gio they went out of their way to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely matter. There was a delivery/installation issue that they both took the time to resolve asap and Mike also made sure that my counter depth refrigerator fit in the space and got back to me right away without question, via calls and text. If Best Buy’s keeps employees like these their business will always do well. I will recommend this store every time.

    Having this membership really does have a lot of beneficial options to it. The fact that you have 60 days to return, something is phenomenal. It gives you enough chance to actually see if you like the item and if you don’t like it, you can return it, but you have enough time to find out. To return window to and price matching ability is also a big bonus! 60 days and the item goes on sale you get the difference wonderful! Geek squad attention if needed is an absolute bonus too!
