    Best Buy membership offers you more savings and discounts and is really convenient if you buy from this store often. if the price drops after your final purchase, you can go back in the store and get your money back from the difference when you paid. absolutely satisfied!

    Membership got me free delivery on a new TV and added peace of mind for any tech issues with said TV. However-- for an annual membership price I would expect a year of membership. When I called in to cancel it so it wouldn't renew 10 months from now (once I've forgotten it), I was told the membership (and related perks) would be canceled immediately. I had the membership fee waived as part of some campaign, so it's no skin off my back, but if I had paid the sticker price I would be much more annoyed. Cancellation process needs improvement. Not sure I'll purchase again. 4 stars

    I have had nothing but bad luck with the purchase that got me into this. i ordered an oven in October. I was promised delivery before Thanksgiving. Then reordered promising Id have it before Christmas. Then finally promised it by today, January 5. it was to be here between 10am-1pm. not a courtesy call, text or email. no on showed up or called AGAIN! I made several phone calls and was told it would be here by 7pm or someone would call to reschedule. Again not a word. I am still waiting to hear what happened. Why for the third time do I still have no oven? I am so upset. I wasted a day waiting on something that was never coming. I had to pay someone to babysit my two grandchildren because your people said no children in the way. This is the absolute worst customwr service I have ever delt with. Shame on Best Buy. Not one person followed through this sale. Take my monwy and then treat ua like this! Shame on Best Buy. Now what am I suppose to do? I should not have to go through all the mess to talk with someone to find out what happened to my over. someone shpuld be calling mw to explain what ia going wrong. Shae on hou Best Buy. I will surely be letting everyone I know how badly this was handled. I sot here tonight AGAIN with no oven, no explanation as to why and not one person from Best Buy can tell me when will I get my oven? Shame on you! This will definitely be the last time me or any of my family purchase something from Best Buy. Where is my oven and what do I have to do to get it? Please at least explain to me what is going on. again Best Buy should be a shamed. Best Buy is not customer friendly at al!

    Great if you intend to purchase other items. I was informed when I purchased this I would receive $100 into the account I used to purchase it. Instead I received $100 in gift certificates and only after I called several times. Deceiving in attempt to get you to purchase this.

    Best Buy Membership is worth the money. After purchasing an item I received a the later sale price and I am getting money sent to me for the difference. Also I received a $5.00 offer I used to purchase a 4K movie. It is like a "Gift that keeps on giving". Your only regret will be not getting one if it is offered to you.

    Just Luvin' my new Samsung OLED S90D TV. Other than having to do 2 factory resets (which restored performance perfectly) this is by far the best I've ever had. The color, contrast and resolution are everything the other reviewers (and manufacturer) reported. I can't speak to the sound quality as I purchased a lower level Samsung sound bar to go with it. I did have an auxiliary amp setup with my previous TV but this is the first I've had the benefit of a subwoofer which provides a theater-like experience. So glad I got this package!

    I’m really happy I decided to get the Best Buy yearly membership.     Wow. I went to a couple other stores nearer to my house, looking for for a new refrigerator. Nobody wanted to help! What is that anyway my brain said go to Best Buy. I did. As soon as I walked in the door, the greeter was there of course and she said do you need any help? I said yes actually I do. She promptly found a nice person to help me and he did a wonderful job. His name is Tim and I think he deserves a raise not only was he patient, thorough, with a great attitude, but he was efficient as well. This is a good mix and resulted in sale and happy customer so far. Now delivery day hopefully that goes as well. I expect it too. I love Best Buy. There should be a song.,”Ooooh Best Buy we loooove you.”
