It was okay. I didn’t know that this added feature was auto added to my purchase. I did not know if I could refuse this membership or not. It’s kinda like I was forced into getting it as it was added to my purchase. I wish I was told before hand and was explained to me before it was sold to me.

Even if you don't shop at Best Buy often, it is worth it. I only shop 1-3 times a year and between the discounts on the items I need in store and the vastness of the items I purchase online, it's worth it. Upgraded my router. Without the membership it was $50 more. Even at full price the router was cheaper than purchasing online. Since that purchase, I have used to purchase online items with their great coupons and reduced prices for Best Buy Days! FREE SHIPPING! You will be surprised at the items you can purchase online at Best Buy, just got 4 foldable outdoor chairs ?!? Never would have thought. The Best buy staff were excellent in helping me select the appropriate television. The delivery crew were efficient and. On this rainy delivery day a box housing the TV leaned against the wall incurring a stain. The service man was very apologetic and cleaned it thoroughly. The setup of the TV was pretty straightforward.

I purchased an OLED TV then a couple weeks later the price went down over $200 due to a black Friday deal and I was able to still get the sale price and have the differenceput back on my card. I feel my Best Buy plus membership was worth it!

Good customer service the people they are every nice

I honestly originally did not want to get this membership because I thought it was just like all others just something that’s gonna be taken from me every year and I’ll never use it. I can tell you that I have not had to use it but having it, has brought me peace of mind knowing that if anything ever happened with the items I have, they are covered, even if they are not covered under my original warranty

If you own a Best Buy Card, you need this membership. This membership is only useful if Best Buy carries the products you want/need to purchase. Unfortunately, Best Buy's product listings keep dwindling and appear to be focusing on appliances and entertainment systems while forgoing even necessary accessory items for installing aforementioned products.
