Membership is not worth it for me...I think
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only way I was able to return my product was to purchase this membership since the product I was trying to return had elapsed the 14 day return policy. Cost 50 bucks Not really a fan of this so far but withholding my judgement. There might be some silver lining to this but just dont see it yet.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because this was the 2nd time happened recently from my shopping experience with Best Buy through Memorial Day 2025 through 4th of July 2025. As a customer from my side to review the entire process of purchasing & delivery & installation cooperation with, There were many issues: 1, different departments or teams inside Best Buy were not cooperative enough to take care of what exactly their customers needs. I would say that Nobody cared about it. 2, Outside of Best Buy to cooperate with its delivery & installation contractors / partners, they made the big mistake and let the installers came to my house waiting for the delivery item coming many hours later. As a customer I did see it in advance and was trying to reach Best Buy In Home customer service team to switch both schedules prior 1 day. Unfortunately either team in Best Buy nobody paid attention to it and let the bad things happening ~ end up they just told me that I have the choice to do returns & refunds ~ but who cares about I took my day off from my work and was waiting for the delivery and installation of new appliance to cook the meal for my entire family!! You know why ~ who’s the most loser? - Best Buy! Because as a customer I’ll never come back to shop from Best Buy again. I’m afraid of it ~ remember that I already had two times bad experience from Best Buy. 3, I made more than 10 times phone calls with different customer service lines and communicated with 2+ chat platforms throughout Best Buy at the day during the above process(In Home Service team, Geek Squad team, General Customer Service Service Team), each time either online chat or phone call they ask me to give them “my name, phone number, email address, physical address”, I remind them there are a lot of FRAUD threads through online and phone calls right now, they should review & get feedback to the management team to improve Best Bay customer service policy in order to protect customers privacy and put it on the calendar in priority immediately. Unfortunately nobody cared about it!!

Best experience with Best Buy!

They were so nice and too great care in removing my old appliances and installing the news ones with out any wall damage or scratches. They were meticulous and even leveled both appliances. I asked if they could match the counter height with the range, and they did! Best experience from Best Buy.

Restored my laptop!

They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do.

I do not return many things but when I need to Best buy makes it very uncomplicated. Free shipping and a generous return policy... I mean who needs prime?

Not sure how to get lowest price on items that go on sale for less than you purchased though - that's worth it - when I figure it out.
