I got this membership through a promotion when I bought my gaming laptop. So far I absolutely see the value in this membership as many items I have purchased at Best Buy since have been cheaper than in store prices. Return policy is extended and you have access to offers just for plus members.

I dealt with Amanda at best. Buy in Burlington, awesome person very helpful. Went to help my brother buy another TV today.

Tom, the service tech, called me the nite before he was due to come out to my house to solve my hearing aid/bluetooth link up with my new Samsung TV. He asked me all about my hearing aids, my hearing aid app & anything else I could help him with connecting my hearing aids (bluetooth) with my TV. He was unfamiliar with my delema & wanted to learn as much as possible. He arrived on time, was already familiar with my brand & type of hearing aids & jumped into resolving my issue. Within 10 minutes he had solved my connection issue & bluetooth connected perfectly with my new Samsung TV.

Unless one has many Best Buy purchases ahead, there are very little benefits for the members. I just purchased a TV mount. Typical outsourced delivery issue. Container/Box was demolished on delivery. I could have purchased an open box item. No addl or unique delivery care as a result of membership.

It saved me money give me peace of mind when I purchase something from bestbuy.

I love this store. I’m able to buy all the newest and latest toys and gadgets when they come out and as needed for work. With the Best Buy membership I’m able to return things if need be longer and that really helps out. They also have progressive leasing which I can use to purchase anything to a certain amount and pay it off but I usually do the early purchase option 90 days same as cash no interest and no credit required

Definitely came in handy for making sure my electronics were protected. The agents I worked with were polite and helpful, and I’m glad I had this service so I was able to receive the best asssitance when needed.

Being honest here... It's ok of a program. I got it when I bought a new computer and saved many dollars with the membership After I bought the computer what pricing offers fall under the discount with the membership isn't really many. What they should do is on ever purchase based on the price of the purchase you should automatically get a % off. After all you are paying them a decent amount of money each year and you should get something more. When I do buy things at BB all I hear is "Sorry, there are no membership discounts for this item". Mainly larger ticket items. Well, I'm not buying a computer every visit. LOL The question underneath this question asks if I would recommend this membership to a friend. They didn't have an indifferent button so I marked yes. Yes would be for... if you are buying a larger ticket item, then yes it would be worth the membership

used this service to have my new phone uploaded with all the data from my old phone, and was given instructions and help in becoming familiar with the new interface. The agent was very helpful and patient with me.
