To be honest, my buying started because the Christmas holidays and it was the people in Black, who were hired for the holidays that were so helpful. They went out of their way to try to help me and if they didn’t have the answer, then they saw out a Best Buy employee. They were always pleasant.

The membership has been pretty good. Longer return window and free delivery/ install on our dryer has been worth the price. Hope to get some good deals out of it soon.

My Best Buy Plus membership was $50, but didn't really move the needle for me. I just bought a TV on sale for $899 and it was delivered (dropped off in my house) for free, something that was always included when buying any TV of 65" or more in the past. So, I guess that's what the $50 was for.

The Best Buy membership was an excellent value when I needed to purchase a new laptop. It helped me research and choose what I needed and made it more economical. I was also able to get the accessories I needed as I was using the new device with the Best Buy membership. It made a big purchase easier and more affordable and productive.

Being a senior citizen and not tech savvy; I wanted to have some backup! The plan seemed reasonable and allowed me the comfort of knowing someone was there to help me.

I am glad my salesman talked me into this. I have never been a person who buys in-store and mostly buy online but this time I wanted to see what I was getting. I opted for the credit card as well as the store card although I thought I would never use it and already have. I am fast becoming a big fan of Best Buy. The staff at my store in Brick, NJ is super friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give them 10 stars I would and I never write reviews.

Discount on my iPad by purchasing the membership. Will cancel before the year is out. Not something I need.

recommend if you’re planning to buy a bunch of electronics and appliances for your place

I went to the Aventura Best Buy to purchase a USB sleeve to go over an older flash drive to fit the iMac that we purchased at Best Buy. The customer service assistant was great, looked for the product and then walked to where it was located and then took me back to the customer service register where I pad for the product. The Service tech was extremely gracious, and made the experience a pleasure. Thankyou!

This member ship, experience was top tier, it came in handy at the best times, when trying to find great deals, and I do recommend it, for anyone who is thinking about purchasing this membership.

The membership is decent because it’s $50 a year and you get 60 day returns. Good value then buying a product, disliking it, then forgetting to return it until 3 weeks later and have a product that costs $700 that you don’t want and can’t return. Membership is a real help here.

Good membership if you shop a lot with BBY. You can run into some good member deals sometimes.

I think it is worth is if you buy expensive items and have extra time to return it to the store if it's not what you wanted or if it breaks prematurely.
