The incentive to purchase the membership & receive "bonus bucks" (which I easily already redeemed to purchase additional MAC accessories) "sealed the deal" for me.

I mainly bought the membership to try and save money on some better quality products. However, there was never a time where the prices were good enough or I felt that deal was good enough to make the membership worth it unless I was a business or wanted to stick with Best Buy and use the geek squad. The one item I used the membership to save money on I ended up having to return because it was broken and there were no other items similar in stock and the store never got a replacement for weeks after so for me the membership was unfortunatly worthless and a waist of my time and money as i ended up having to buy another product online from another business.

We were promised by the store clerk that sold us two cell phones that we would be receiving a credit for the purchase within 14 days. We have not seen anything. I'd like to know why.

Definitely worth the extended take back on merchandising

This is my first time having the Best Buy Plus membership and I wish I had signed up sooner! The member prices are great and the rewards for purchases is awesome!

I have enjoyed the membership so far. I was able to receive a refund towards a recent purchase because it went on sale within 90 days after purchase.

Benefits are nice if you plan on making a handful of purchases that happen to be included under the membership pricing. It does not appear to provide much additional value otherwise.

Allowed me a killer deal on a new OLED tv where I was able to save hundreds of dollars. It’s a no brainer for larger purchases.

I like it’s quite and does a wonderful job of cleaning my laundry.

It is working surprisingly well. I particularly like the 60 day return policy.

One of the best credit card I am owning in US. Excellent credit rewards program makes you buy the gadgets which you dreamt for years. Also with membership plan, offers, geek squad service and rewards program, it’s a card everyone should own. In a year I purchased 54-5 Apple products and 3 other electronics under offers and rewards program.

What a great deal. In the first transaction I paid for my membership for the next two years. Well worth it if you make a few Best Buy purchases but if you’re a regular like I am, it’s a no brainer.

Being a Best Buy Plus membership member is a real value.

Absolutely noting but good things to say about my experience buying a new phone at Best Buy! Great associate helped with my choice, pointed out what accessories I may want to add. The transfer of phone content seemed pretty effortless. I was truly appreciative when the associate asked if I needed help adding the new purchase to my car! Wonderful product and associates!

Decided to get the membership for extended return period. Perks aren’t the best but for $50 it’s worth getting for that return window and with the holidays coming up it might be worth it for the exclusive member price drops on items.

We got the support to hopefully not have to use it. Geek Squad in the past was very helpful

If I could do less than one star, I would. I purchased an iPad and the Plus membership with the commitment of the sales person that of the price of the iPad decreased over a 30-day period I would get an email informing me and I could go into the store and get that amount credited. 1. The next week the identical iPad in the same store was $95 less. 2. I did not receive an email notifying of me of this. I found out by going to your web site. 3. I go to the site and they are unable to credit me the savings unless I disassociate the Apple user id from the device and then come back in. The device was a gift for my 83 year old mother who has difficulty Navigating technology. I had gotten the iPad configured for her by then to dissassociate the Apple ID for a couple of days so I could gonna l to the store and then try to set it back up for her. This is unacceptable and was not explained to eat the time of purchase. While not completely worthless, the purchase of the membership was about 99.9% unless to me. I do not see myself purchasing at Best Buy again and will pass on my poor experience to others if asked. They deserve to know of the caveats that your sales associates and customer service associates do not inform you of when they are happily taking your money

I have saved more than my membership cost. The extra time on return policies is also nice. Initially I wasn't a fan of a paid plan to get benefits but this one seems to have paid off for me.
