At the appointed time, another individual showed up, which didn't know anything about addressing my problem. She was unable to help us at all. I was very displeased with the service I recieved.

The only thing I've done was to return an item and it was a worry free experience. Ultimately, this means that I likely won't renew the membership.

There are frequent memebers only prices at a savings that is big enough to cover the cost of the memeberahip for those that regularly shop at Best Buy. The extended return policy is nice too. I am not sure what level of Geek Squad suppprt is included but intend on finding out soon (having issues with my desktop pc). If you are a frequent shoper at Best Buy then I would reccomend this. If you are an occasional shopper at BB then the value would be somewhat diminished.

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Extremely difficult and a lot of limitations to use the best price guarantee. I literally had seven or eight lower prices for the same item that I had purchased. After I submitted a claim (very difficult to find out how to do that.) I was told that none of them met the criteria. That being said my experience buying the product in the store was really very positive. I would not recommend purchasing this plan if you are looking for a lower price guarantee.
