A good deal! Got the special deal with Sunday NFL Ticket.

We were told (and it says on our receipt) that we would receive a $200 gift card when getting a credit card and membership. We received only $165.

It's a good program if you make regular purchases.

I originally thought this was great but when I had to return an item that was on sale due to buying the wrong one I had to pay $30 extra for a product that was cheaper than the one I bought. I was pretty frustrated as you would think there would be a better system in place, especially if the inferior producer cost less than my product on sale. Unfortunately when I went back they were marked up the same. The Best Buy team and supervisor did not want to honor it. I had spent over 5k at that store a couple of months ago. It’s nice to have a heads up start on upcoming sales events, I recently viewed an item that I had previously purchased that was on sale at a lower price, I used the chat on the Best Buy Plus platform and was able to get a refund on the price difference, the chat person was pleasant easy to communicate with and quite helpful.

I did purchase it during the holiday shopping timeframe, so I did use it to price match twice. Only complaint is having to physically come in to have it matched. If I’m paying extra, shouldn’t it be automatically adjusted especially when it’s best buys own prices. At least maybe an app option for price matching.

If you ever earn gift certificates from their member offers, be sure to purchase items by other means first (cash, credit). When you are sure you want to keep it, return it, THEN use your certificates to purchase. If you return an item you used your earned certificates with, you will NOT get your certificates back. Lost $75 the hard way and now I have to resort to gaming the system to make sure I don't lose any more $$

Miles my advocate has been amazing on helping me achieve my goal for this oven in time for Thanksgiving Dinner. He has been keeping me updated on my new arrival date of my purchase, which is arrive earlier than the original 12/4 delivery. I very much appreciate his help and input to make this happen in time. I am now a happy customer and no longer an unhappy consumer.

Good to avoid unnecessary fees, and in case you need to make a new decision. I like that I only have to pay one fee to get the majority of my money back in case I made the wrong choice for a product that just isn’t working for me or isn’t right for me at the moment. That’s why I got it because I wanted to test out my new camera. I found that there’s a different camera that works for my needs and now I have the comfort and knowing that I’ve done enough testing to realize I could just return this one without hassle without unnecessary stocking fees.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases!

The membership was required to get $50 off the price of TV that I could have gotten 2 weeks later at same price without membership, I can see where it would come in handy for returns later than 2 weeks though!!

This membership is amazing. I signed up for the membership on the day that I bought my computer monitor and saved around $50 on the purchase. This membership allows you to bring in devices that you didn't even buy at Best Buy for repair, plus you get all kinds of special discounts throughout the year. It is definitely worth considering.

I feel any service/membership that requires auto-renewal is shaky at best. Auto renewal is a rip off gimmick. If the service/membership is beneficial to a customer…they will choose to renew. BB should be above such shaky gimmicks
