Radel and Abel were very professional, friendly, and efficient when they delivered my purchases. They were just as good when they came back to repair my damaged refrigerator. Radel suggested replacing the damaged refrigerator door instead of replacing the entire refrigerator, which was a much easier, safer, and faster way to take care of the problem. I was very impressed with them.

Floor Sales staff were frequently asking if we needed help with a product (TV) and were helpful in explaining differences and features between different models. when we returned next we had excellent assistance from a supervisor who also explained features of our TV selection. Also interested in rebate of sales price if sale price is lowered at future date.

The unlimmited Geek Squad support is great. However, my last experience was not up to the standard I have come to expect. I was basically told I needed a new computer. Well, I believe I will before too long but I was eventually able to get everything working better again.

My Best Buy Total Membership has been very beneficial. Living in the country and having Geek Sqaud assistance resolving computer issues on my computer home screen means everything.

I was definitely skeptical about this being set at $50, but it’s only been 1 month, and I’ve gotten $100 back in rewards already, that in of itself allowed me to pick up a brand new pair of Air Pods Pro 2nd Gen, they retail at $249.99 , but since I’m a part of this membership , we get notifications about deals instantly! So the price drop went to $190! $60 off just casually is amazing, and that’s before applying my $100 rewards I earned / Grand total spent for a $250+ headphones for less than $95.

got the membership around Christmas, usually don't sign up for memberships and stuff like that it's just a lot of hassle but the people who signed me up got it done pretty quick, honestly pretty happy with my membership been saving a lot and getting great deals

needed a fridge. saw the one i liked but i wanted a bottom freezer. the same model with the freezer on top was on sale. i was very limited as to the size because it would only fit in the little nook that held the old fridge. looked around a little more an noticed if i had bb plus i would get a discount on that fridge, since the discount was a lot more than the membership, it was a no brainer. got the membership, got the fridge, case closed. you dont always get a discount on what you need but as you can see, by me, the discounts are out there just gotta get lucky,
