I was also told I could go home and login and turn that feature off. Could not find out how to do that, and when I called customer service I was told that can't be done. Best Buy misleading us again?

Used it to purchase and save on an Xbox system last Christmas, and didn't take advantage to save more $$ for the remainder of the annual membership. I decided not to renew the membership. So I'm basing the 5 star rating on those opportunities I had to save $$.

I spoke to the sales associate multiple times about understanding if this was correct and even though he promised it was, it wasn’t. I spent $45 to save $5.
