It was a waste of my money. That was unable to use it. I went to the Geek Squad for a simple reset. And they charged me $40 to do that plus tax. I didn't receive any money back for lower prices. I made my full payment on the 1st month. And unfortunately, I was sick, and in the hospital. And I missed the payment by 2 days and you charge me $30. I no longer wish to do business with your store. I've been doing business over twenty years at least.And i'm not satisfied with your customer service

I was able to cut my internet bill in half and to get better service through starlink . Joining the membership club also got me a discount when I bought it .

This membership has saved me a lot of money that I would of waisted with out the membership, In fact when I signed up there was a promotion with a heavy discount that by signing up the discount paid for the membership for free I recommended this to anyone, Also the support I get when I have issues is Top Notch with an excellent extended warranty sign up now and start saving like I did, and reap the benefits like Member Drops and Huge Member Only Discounts !!!

I used this membership to return something I'd had for 30 days or so and decided it didn't do what I wanted it to do. While doing this, I asked if another purchased item sold for less within that time frame and I was immediately refunded $40 for that price difference. That almost paid for the membership.

This is worth it for anyone making significant purchases multiple times a year.

Love the peace of mind this service brings me. Also glad to know GeekSquad help is at my fingertips if I need extra support.

This team at the Cumming Best were awesome. From the front door greeter Jordan to John the GM to Bryce that helped with my sale. These folks were great.

I feel like I'd be down to do a $20-30 membership annually just to have extra perks with Best Buy. Making it $50 really made me consider whether I use Best Buy enough, whereas if it were $20, I'd just toss it in for the extra peace of mind and probably won't even use any of the perks after I buy the big items I wanted.

I hung a tv in a guest room and this was perfect and easy to hang

60 day return policy is the main reason I got it, there is some exclusive deals that could make it worth while. Best buy is top tier when it comes to customer service and goods.

Having the membership is very beneficial to have in todays time. With essentially all home appliances being sold @ best buy, the best buy plus card helps those with not paying for the item all at once. One can make mothly payments and the best part, with zero percent intrest. Also to add, with the geek squad present at bestbuy, you can purchase an additional warranty and if your item has problems, they will come to you and repair it. Best buy is A+ in the products they sell and repairing items if needed.

I did not knew the scope of work for this membership, nowadays I think it is wort to suscribe
