The membership is extraordinary for the return SOP

My Best Buy Plus has had a plethora of deals, which is a good thing. The one thing that does bother me is that it was placed behind a paywall. I am a Best buy credi card visa member for over 7 years. These benefits were for the credit card holders free of charge. And now i have to pay in order to get the benefits that i used to have. The plus progra does help with its return window and deals. But it greatly diminished the value of the Best Buy Credit card. What once was a earned bonus now is something you could just buy at the click of a button. Sometimes less is more. Earning something truly make you appreciate it more.

Well worth it. Would purchase it again. Much value for the cost.

The membership is worse money for assistance and troubleshooting.

I think it paid for itself when I made my purchase and extended the amount of time I had to return some things which really helped me out at the time

The installers were very professional. They went to work immediately, cleaned up after themselves. They were fantastic!

I really felt strong armed into a membership that I have yet to take advantage of. The associate and his department manager seemed to tag team and it felt like a high pressure sale. I have experienced this before and its unprofessional and makes me not want to do any further business with Best Buy. I am still looking for/waiting for this $100 coupon but I worry I missed out on using it because it was a limited time thing. I gave the experience 2 stars because I really like the iPad that I purchased, otherwise it would be 1 star. The young man who answered questions a couple days prior was more helpful.

Love Best Buy. Best in the business of electronics. Best product for the price. Best deals hands down. Even more so with the membership. It's more of what Best Buy has to offer with more discounts and savings. I saved over $1000 with my purchases.
