This is great for you to really test out a product.

After getting this membership, I do feel like I recieve offers that are limited to others under it. It could offer more like discounts on Geek Squad Services and maybe some coupons for Open Box items. I struggle to believe the more expensive membership is useful to anyone younger than 50, most know how to use and take care of their electronics.

I bought a laptop right after it was on sale. I bought the membership to get the sale price if the laptop went on sale again. The laptop did go back on sale, I contacted the service people and the difference was refunded back to me. The call and the process only took a few minutes.

This membership sealed the deal when I purchased my Sony Home Theater receiver. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable which also contributed to my decision to buy.

I purchased My Best Buy Plus membership when they were having a special. I not only received a price better than the open box price on my computer but I also received 15% rewards. I used my rewards to help purchase a 65" tv.

This membership and a new washer are a real blessing

I had the worst experience with getting my microwave installed. The process took over a month and I had 7 appointments where no one showed up . I also would like to mention I missed 2 days of work and I had to drive to best buy store 3 times in order for someone to finally show up and install it. I was told afterwards I would be compensated and when I called for that compensation it was a $20 gift card. I will never get anything installed again from Best Buy and when the year is up on this Best Buy plus I will NOT be renewing

I appreciate the special discounts and ability to finance my purchases over time. I highly recommend the membership to anyone who wants to take advantage of these offers.

Everything is ok with us. Service, really fast and nice.

Overall the program has been a bit of a letdown. Most things I buy have nothing to do with the membership. Would appreciate the ability to get on pre-order lists for graphic cards or game consoles. But instead I’m stuck refreshing webpages like everyone else.
