Overall the program has been a bit of a letdown. Most things I buy have nothing to do with the membership. Would appreciate the ability to get on pre-order lists for graphic cards or game consoles. But instead I’m stuck refreshing webpages like everyone else.

Loving our new Bosch dishwasher. It is so quiet it took us awhile to figure out if it was running. Dishes are cleaner than they've ever been and they come out dry. I read complaints about the way the racks were set up. The setup is different than I'm used to, but I just had to learn to load dishes differently to maximize the number of dishes that fit. The 3rd rack is great for silverware and lids.

Need to have more pokemon cards ready available and sleved packs

The membership allowed me to trade my purchase more that 14 days before and apply the cost to another laptop. I am very happy with the replacement that the membership allowed.

Beneficial to customers. I’d recommend getting it only if it’s useful to you. For a yearly payment it’s not too bad or too expensive. I like the discounts for being a member, great service.

This My Best Buy Plus Membership is a great thing to have if you shop at BestBuy. You get special discounts and sales events just for Plus and Total Members. There are a lot of benefits that come along with this membership. Early access to sales is one of them. Special sales events that are specifically for Plus members. I have saved more money buying my favorite technology and household appliances in the past year than I ever have. It’s well worth it.

I took out the annual membership primarily for getting a heads up on future purchases. It also came with a no restocking fee policy, on return items. The receiver that I purchased was in fact returned because it wouldn't fit in the only space allowed for it. No problems on the return. The next planned purchase will be a larger smart tv for the rec room.

I get to take advantage of all the benefits as as should have this is the may reason for me to cancel but I can see other families benefits from this service

It took a while to get a salesperson to assist but when they did he was very helpful and cordial.

It’s a square deal.No regrets. It saved me money a couple months after the purchase of an m4 iPad Pro. I was reimbursed based on the sales price after purchasing at full price.

This membership is valuable to me as a best buy customer.

Have not used this except for my initial purchase. Not certain if I will be using in the near future.
