We enjoy having the membership at those times when we buy a major purchase. Unfortunately, the number of stores in our area is shrinking.

Had to get a new TV and the one I bought had very bright colors that no setting would change. The membership came in handy to try the TV at home to see if it was a good fit (some work better with in a room with more windows, less windows etc). Electronics are so expensive these days, nice to have the extended no hassel return options that this membership offers.

I got the $50 membership and did save $50 on the same purchase and then another $65 on a second purchase so that was worth it. It brought the BB price to match Amazon. So will I renew for another year, maybe if I keep saving money.

I got this plan. When I purchased a new washer and dryer. I got geek squad services. I also got my protection plan which was great price for the membership since I got that protection plan under the membership as well as the geek squad under the protection of the membership and so far I've had no problems with my washer and dryer and when I was purchasing it everyone was very friendly and help me out a lot and knowledge for what I need it to put up the new washer and dryer. I also got free delivery with the membership

Not sure how it works have a lot of trouble signing in and find everything confusing and frustrating. Not user friendly for me.

This membership has saved me way more money then I paid for it. This is only my second membership year and wow, I saved a great deal on audio equipment using member discounts.
