Couldn’t get anyone at Best Buy to talk on the phone to answer if it was a HP or Best Buy warranty issue. Gave up after 3 days and sent it to HP and got it back about a month later. Not worth it.

Once we chose what we wanted, we checked out the soundbars. Kind of pricey but were offered a substantial discount if we became BB members for a year that included other perks as well. Happy with everything so far.

Membership Has Some Benefits
