To be honest with you I never knew that Best Buy had a membership and tell you the truth. It has been a great thing for us. We have already received a $50 gift certificate as well as I see the discount price just by us being a member so far there are no additional hidden fees or anything like that. You actually get what members should receive.

I just want to say that the staff at the Braintree mass location are great. The manager and the woman who helped me. Jorden who works at this location assisted me. She was so helpfull and helped two other customers at the same time. All while making sure my situation was good. One of the customers was very rude and she handled it so professionally.
