It is difficult to figure out just exactly what you are paying for with this membership. Some things are not discounted while other things only apply if you buy online. Not sure it is worth the price

Have gotten money back on items I’ve purchased that have gone on sale. I’ve also returned things and it was super easy. Glad to know I wasn’t scammed out of 50 bucks. Would recommend to anyone who shops here regularly.

As an employee I love it more for the 60 day return period as it gives me longer to make sure the item is really what I want or is going to work for me. Also the 2 day or in some cases the next day shipping. I have seen members come in and claim there savings when an item goes on sale. I have employee discount so this doesn't benefit me, but moneyback I have processed for customers has kept me always offering to our customers!!

This service saved me big time. I had a tv malfunction due to a manufacturing error and was outside the 14 day standard return policy. Due to the 60 extended window with the plus i was able to exchange the 77inch tv for a new one very easily great safty net in this day and age of less reliable tech.

I recently had my kitchen remolded, I purchased all my appliances, sink and drawer pulls from Best Buy. I checked with other stores and no one could give me a better price. Also they were able to hold all the items until I was ready for them to be delivered. During the construction I needed the different peices at different times. Best Buy was right there to help me every step of the way. They were extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommended Best Buy and there membership.

They answered all my questions very well, in a way I would understand what they were explaining.

Haven't used it much yet other than to get a refund on a price drop after a purchase I made. Hope to put more use to it soon with the holiday season upon us.

Purchased this membership when I purchased a tablet. Gave me more time to get to know the tablet and a slightly better price. Additional purchases receive discount coupons. It takes about two weeks to receive the coupons and they expire quickly. I tried to use a $25 coupon the day after it expired. Sorry, I lose. Is it really a "reward program" if you don't have time to use it? I don't plan to renew.

2 months to try it out I don't like I can bring it back , yes it cost 50$ but when you have a little sister that changes opinion for everything is better

I have used this membership one time to extend my return policy date.
