Love this because I get great prices that any other customer will not get

The value of this membership is getting good prices for premium purchases

Its could be with it , but i think they need to add more reason for people to participate. If im comparing this to other subcriptions it doesnt hold a ton of wieght maybe on a few specific purchases. It might make up for your subscription how ever with what people expect for subscriptions. It doesnt yet make people say yes. I need this subscription. They would have to make it so that you felt going to another place would be silly and right now incetives havent gotten there with the type of service. I get why they started it but its just not quite lucritive enough yet. Im hoping by providing honest assessment it helps the stay competive and helpful to all fellow best buy customers.

I ordered a few items and wanted to be sure I had the 60 day return window just in case they didn't work out. The Best Buy Plus membership is so reasonable and it offers me great peace of mind. Well worth every cent! My daughter just bought a laptop and I told her to buy the Plus Membership as well, which she did. Highly recommend for the 60 day return option and other nice perks.

My only complaint is that none of the orders ive made- all video games, have not met the two day shipping. Sometimes 4/5 days. Not a biggie, but is something they really advertise. Savings have been good. Im still in the air about renewing next year.

I did enough shopping the past year where I got back the annual fee plus more in savings not to mention I'm very happy with the products I bought and saved on.

Best Buy never disappoints. We have always gotten excellent service, whether buying TVs or major appliances. I always recommend Best Buy to family and friends.

I did receive a refund when the price went down on the computer I purchased. It was a fairly easy process and they answered the phone!

I do like to go into Best Buy to shop and get a Hands On feel of the product. The Associates are knowledge and helpful. Their products are fairly competitive

I want to thank the lady that asked me if I wanted to get a membership and then asked if I wanted to get a credit card I did not think for one second I would get it and I did. I’m very very grateful to her. She was super helpful, especially since I don’t know anything about a computer, she walked me through every process and was very thorough And kind and has great customer service skills . I don’t remember her name, but I know she’s also a teacher I think kindergarten.

I am really enjoying the benefits of my Plus membership including enhanced return policies that make purchasing items less stressful since I know I can return them if they are not like what I expected.

This membership is pretty good especially if you buy from best buy often! Gives you a 60day return policy instead of 15 days and allows you to bring it in and get a rebate on the device if it is lower in price from when you bought it. Overall I have no issues spending the money on something that is very useful to me!

Actually we don't shop very much at Best Buy. Not the we don't like it, but because we just do not purchase a lot of electronic equipment. It is a good place to get good information and I am very satisfied with our LG Television and JBL sound Bar.

I feel like best buy does a great job of hiring knowledgeble employees. Its like purchase a product and get a free little mini course. It makes gou want to come into the store.

Wasn't sure if I wanted it, but so glad i did. Been to Geek Squad a couple of times for various items. Haven't had any issues. Service is great.
