Very happy with my plan. The technicians installed my TV and soundbar which was installed beautifully. The back of the TV was done very neatly. The cords were all tied up. About a week later there was a loud sound coming from the TV or soundbar. The techs came out about 3 times and finally came to the conclusion it was the soundbar. The soundbar was replaced and it been 3 weeks since it was replaced without an issue. The membership protection plan is well worth the cost.

Had a good experience with purchasing shark vacuum cleaner. The reps were helpful and friendly.

Ordered a hair trimmer and received it 2 days later! Kind of a big deal for my location. Faster than Amazon Prime. Will definitely be ordering more products.

Bought membership to get discount on Office 365 renewal but not sure what other benefits it provides. Likely to cancel membership before annual renewal time.

I rarely agree to these sorts of memberships but the folks at the register recognized that the items I was buying would be eligible and that the total savings would completely offset the membership price. That's some great customer service.

I buy a lot from Best Buy, and there happened to be a promotional offer on this. So far it's been worth it since some items are discounted.

I have yet to decide if the membership is worth keeping. It was very helpful in setting up my phone, but the employee neglected to plug in my phone and by the time I exited the store I barely had any power left on my phone.

If it already comes with a warranty and you’re pretty sure you got a good deal then it’s a waste of money. Just like a credit card you have to pay an annual fee for totally unnecessary

I have used my geek squad membership twice now and had the same young man both times. He was great!! I don't recall his name he had dark curly hair. He was knowledgeable and very nice, an excellent representative for Best Buy. Other than that I have not had the chance to do anymore at Best Buy. I will be in soon. Betty

I was wary when Best Buy first introduced paid memberships - the cost seemed excessive for what they were offering compared to what I needed. That said, I was excited when they released the "Plus" version - which gives you many of the benefits of the TotalTech membership without the hefty yearly price tag. I saved more than I spent for the membership within twenty-four hours of purchasing it from the members-only prices on a number of things. I've saved even more since then. Plus with free, fast shipping, I can order whatever I need and have it within just a few days. All around a great value, honestly.
