Signing up for My Best Buy Plus is the best dollar I ever spent. It allows you to have 60 days to return they also price match and offer prices adjustment within the guidelines is a very big savings. I purchased all my TV and appliances from Best Buy. Store sales people are friendly and great customer services.

I never asked to be signed up for this. Associate at register just added it to the transaction without telling me. They asked me to run my card twice “because the first time didn’t work”. Never once was it even mentioned to me. Now, I know why they did this. BB Corporate pushes associates for membership signup metrics, just like credit card signups. This is the result.

I've been a regular customer at Best Buy for years, and they never disappoint! Whether I'm shopping for the latest tech gadgets or home appliances, they always have a fantastic selection at competitive prices. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to help with recommendations or answer any questions.

First off, the girl who “sold” me this membership never told me it was a membership. I was buying a PC and she tells me she can get me 60 days of being able to return the pc if I don’t like it. Never said it was a paid ANYTHING. I didn’t notice or was informed it would cost me money until I went to check out and noticed a $50 charge for Best Buy plus. Instead of tricking people into buying it, maybe just be forward about it? I kept it only to have the 60 day return period but it would have been nice to be told from the start that it was not free it was a paid membership.

I would give a half of star if possible. I am very disappointed in this membership, I would tell people to not waste their money. This membership as done nothing for me snd it’s just a marketing deal to get 55 dollars out of you annually. I will not be renewing my membership until Best Buy gets there act together. My Final draw was the release of the new nvidia graphics cards. Best Buy plus membership are advertised as giving you first priority on newly released products which was a lie. I had the 5090 & 5080 both saved and selected notify me the day Best Buy added it to there online store before the pictures of the product were even available. Was online before 6:00am on Jan 30,2025 to hopefully be able to purchase one of these GPU. Besides the website having there issues Best Buy allowed BOTS to buy up every bit of stock in there inventory. Over 24hrs later I still have not received an email about there release nor got any kind of Exclusive access like you guys claimed to give when I signed up. So at this point Best Buy is falsely advertising there Best Buy plus memberships! I spend a good amount of money at Best Buy locations and Best Buy online. This has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and definitely gonna take my business elsewhere unless best buy can get there act together and rectify the issues and concerns from there customers.

It has been invaluable for the Drops function alone! I recommend it for anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly. I suspect they will continue adding benefit too.

It's a good service that gives some amazing price cuts. My only complaint is the lack of widespread use. Best Buy doesn't have a huge selection of goods and not many of them use the discounts brought by this membership. It's great, but could be better.

Having this membership was a great asset to my family.We were able to get access to early sales adds and better shipping, along with special prices.

Truly a no brainer to be a member. The 60 day price guarantee and price match will pay for the annual cost. In addition, the member special offers are a great plus.
