Very pleased. Got a $50 bonus for joining. I had to use it before May 10 but I was already planning to purchase a new Apple TV 4K. I was thrilled that I was able to get $50 off.

So far it is okay. I still have to pay for shipping when an item isn’t available in stores. I was told I would get free shipping with the membership. I haven’t had a chance to use all benefits because I am unsure what this membership covers.

My membership is good. It helped me with my discounts on my sony receiver and wireless speakers. It also helped me get a good deal on my business computer.

We purchased an outdoor TV and had it installed by the Geek Squad with an added EERO signal booster. From sales to install, the Best Buy crew we had was flawless. They knew their stuff and their attention to detail was impressive. Not what we were expecting from a big box store. A great experience.

It's an average membership without the perks of using the Geek Squad.

I decided to add on the Best Buy plus, because I was buying a big purchase and wanted to make sure I had the best protection. It also increases the return time frame and price match. The price went down on one of my items by $120, and they didn't hesitate to match the price. Well worth it.

dissapointed that I though I applied the switch deal when I bought my switch 2 to realize it doesnt include console and i had to have them scan a barcode to use it. still waiting for some great deals otherwise

For $50 a year subscription, this plan could easily pay itself back and then some. I purchased this with an LG OLED TV and the price dropped after the purchase. I was refunded the differece. I did have to call in and request a price match on the price vs getting an email and being automatically refunded as explained by the employee, but still worth it. The standard price match is 15 days and this is good for 60 along with exlusive offers for being a plus member.

You get 24 months of geek squad - extending the manufacturers 1 year warranty. The savings make sense especially with how expensive electronics are. I enjoy the sale prices and additional $$ off. Wish I would have had it before I bought my TV and Fridge a couple years ago.

The membership was a real value. I am glad I added it when I recently purchased a new refrigerator.

Hello I’m writing in regards to give your company some feedback for growth and improvement. I haven’t shopped your store in a while other than this transaction. I was very disappointed with how the store manager handled my situation. To add more to this I actually went back again about a week ago to another location that was 4plus hours from my home. I like about 2 minutes from a Best Buy. I was in the market for the new meta display glasses and was told my customer service several times that I would be able to purchase them in store the day of my demo which was a lie. I was told several times I talked to three different individuals before making this trip. I did the demo and ordered the glasses to only be told they would arrive on or near December 30th. I’m very disappointed in how this organization operates. From customer service knowledge over the phone to not being able to speak to a person in the actual store to the store manager.

Membership is is an alright purchase. It gives a lot of deals but unfortunately for me, they had none that really pertained to my shopping needs.

Not satisfied with fit of my earbuds pro. Because I had membership, very easy return with full refund to my Best Buy card. Great customer service
