This membership is a great value and should be purchased with any purchase.

I was told about this option the plus as before I had the total tech but it was expensive and I didn't benefit from it but I like this option better thank you .

We recently moved and now live about 30 minutes from Best Buy. The 60-day return period gave me peace of mind to place an order for new Phillips Hue lights and as an added bonus I received a discount at checkout that reduced my total price with the membership by $8!

I typically don't sign up for memberships like this, but I'm very happy I did. It made a return so much easier for me, and it's comforting to know I will receive the best price possible on items I purchase.

To be completely honest, I was worried the membership wouldn't be all that useful and I originally purchased it after getting a really good deal on an open-box device. I still saved money compared to buying new even with the membership. After that purchase, I found an even better deal on another laptop and ended up returning the first one and keeping the membership. However, I realized I found that deal as it was a member exclusive on BestBuy's website and it gave me 2-day free shipping on my order. Genuinely, worth the $50 I paid.

The subscription makes sense if you purchase several items from Best Buy, and the perks are very useful.

I spent $50 on the membership, according to the BestBuy website I saved $50.50 over the course of a year. I spent well over $10k purchasing equipment for a cruise line. $50 in savings in over $10k in purchases really isn't that great. Being realistic, this membership feels like a method of subsidizing keeping stores open. Which is fine, I don't mind that. I'd rather pay. $50/year to help keep BestBuy open and accessible vs have them close since they have no real competition. But offering it as a platform to save really isn't that accurate. It's just a money grab.

This membership has been great! I been lucky with the fact that the items that I needed were all on members discounts! Really sucks that they took away members points though.

I had a great experience here - the salesperson was helpful for my choice, I was going to get one model but because of how I was going to use my tablet, he suggested a little bit better one ! Which was very helpful - I wanted the right one for my usage ! Wasn't to worried about price. Will come back for a phone !

My membership of less than two months already allowed me to receive a refund due to lower prices on several items I purchased. I am very close to recovering the cost of membership.

I work with 3D hologram displays and other a/v equipment and travel all over the US for projects. Best Buy is my go-to place in cities and online when I need something. The people are very "can do" and really professional in their pride to help out. Very thankful for that. AND saving a lot of money!!

The membership was very challenging to access when the item I bought went on sale the following week. I had to spend many hours, including a trip to the store where I bought the computer, where they were unable to help me. While I eventually get a refund for the amount by which the computer went on sale, the amount of time and aggravation was significant.

I recommend this membership, we are getting good flexibility.
