This membership has a lot of perks and deals. I thought it was a waste but I enjoy it. Worth the buy.

Didn't think I'd actually use the benefits of this outside of a major purchase but just renewed for another year.

Because of the savings and perks, the membership pays for itself, making it a must-have for any regular Best Buy customer. All in all, for computer enthusiasts, this is a worthy buy.

This is ok.. not overly impressed with the membership perks. but the initial savings this comes with is nice.

If you plan to make at least several purchases a year from Best Buy, this membership offers enough discounts that is greater than the price of the membership. However, be ready to regular check their sales and member discounts, otherwise you would just be letting your membership go to waste.

The Best Buy is the best the service any body you deal with they are friendly the most to store I use Dearborn and westland am happy with my 85” Samsung my ps5 my all electronic

The member ship is good but needs to review the price of membership

This membership has been both useful and saved me money on deals I would not have known about otherwise. I have to thank the Best Buy employee who told me that I would save more money on the MacBook I bought if I had a membership, and she did right then and thereat the register. Thank you!

If you are a Best Customer and rely on them for your Tech, TV's and Accessories, this is a great decision. 1st, you get a discount on your first purchase, 2nd, you find out about sales, specials and new products before anyone else. 3rd, if necessary, you have 90 days to return a product or get a credit if you find the same product at a better price. I've been loyal to Best Buy for years and they have always treated me great. This is just a good decision and you realize a benefit immediately.

Great value between sign up discount and services provided.

The membership is pretty nice I made my money back on it from the first purchase cause it was a large one but I have gotten several good deals with it since then I'd say it's worth the money as long as your into tech stuff

I was supposed to be notified for price drop for an Apple Watch that I purchased. Salesman said these things go on sale all the time and stated that he was signing me up for the membership so I would be notified by text or in the app about the price drop and would receive the difference plus a refund for the Best Buy Plus membership. Sounded great and simple enough. Weeks went by. Nothing. I discovered the price drop myself looking at the Best Buy website. Thankfully, it was still within the time frame and it was honored at the store but I had to go into the store for my refund rather than just clicking a link that would be sent which is what I was originally told.

One of the reasons I had the membership was so I would have more than 14 days to return a product, in case I needed to. It worked out well for the intended purpose.
