I think this is worth it if you can afford it or if you are a regular customer of Best Buy.

Member prices and additional discounts.. But it could be better of members can get more discounts on all purchases

The 60 day return window is great. You can purchase something and use it for a it to make sure it suits your needs and provides the value you were seeking. I’m not afraid to make a choice since I can return after a good sample size. The customer service is great and I’m always thanked for being a member.

The product works on all the merchandise in the store and you get a percentage off on certain products plus it will save you money no matter what

Your (TV) representative was well informed answering different questions that Bob & I had about the tv's and knew his work well at checkout. He was very kind and considerate of us. // Also, when I made a payment on the tv about a month later, the cashier helped me in doing this when I did not bring my new credit card to the store. He helped me find the account number to credit my (check) payment. He is a very nice & kind gentleman.

The Roku TV I bought and was delivered beginning of December died already so I called Roku and they are sending me a new one plus then they will send a team to install in 10 to 15 days, it died on December 26. I asked if they couldn’t just have Best Buy deliver one and then reinstall it. They said no, because you weren’t a partner with them. What should I have done?

It’s fine, but experiencing returns at Beat Buy Northridge has not been good. I couldn’t return the studio display there despite being within the return period. So it seems despite the membership the store can still deny.

I’ve been very pleased with my membership. I had to recycle my TV when I bought another one and they were quick to assist.

An associate advised me in selecting headphones. He recommended a more expensive set that was on sale. His suggested headphones were much better quality and because of the sale it was not much more expensive. I was in and out of the store really fast, excellent experience.

The salesman at Best Buy was very helpful showing me the difference between tv's in my budget. Couldn't be more happier with the one I got.

The Best Buy plus membership offers extra peace of mind with the extra time for returns to 60 days. Sometimes when you buy a product you are not sure if it will be the right one for more than just a 30-day period.
